Pros:
The staff at the Olathe Hertz location, particularly Sean, gave me the worst service I've ever received from a car rental company. Sean was patronizing, slow, and totally unhelpful. Tried to charge me for not filling up the gas tank on our rental even though I dropped my car off after filling up.Cons:

Pros:
Nothing. I show up and they have nothing. I reserved a car. There was no car. THEN WHY DID YOU TAKE THE RESERVATION??? The guy behind the counter couldn't care less, laughed and just said "Yeah I don't know why they let you make a reservation because I don't have any cars."Cons:
The only way this place could improve is if they shut down and declared bankruptcy.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Rental car wasn't available at scheduled time. Had to drive to 2nd location to pickup vehicle. 2nd location was understaffed. Phone systems are terrible - all route to Atlanta. Mentioned all of this to an employee and the employee agreed with me, and they said sorry about our company.10.0 Wonderful

The representative was very personable and honest about the rental charges. He was helpful by telling me that Avis doesn't charge a drop off fee as long as its in the same District. That saved me $100. I will continue to book with avail from here out.10.0 Wonderful
