Intermediate SUV

I was able to place an order for a rental car; however, they did not have any cars available. They did call me prior to my arrival at their location and said that the corporate office should have turned off the ability for people to rent online. I also added auto coverage and was not able to cancel the policy. So now, I am stuck paying for something that I never needed.
