Pros: Normally I leave comments in detail. In this case all I can say is this hotel is amazing! Modern design, excellent service, new facilities, and superb location, this hotel is a must for travelers to Osaka.

Pros: Good location, just close to the subway exit and half way between Main station and central streets. Team very welcoming and helpful. Room small but well organized, cleaned everyday. Nice and quiet onsen. Family mart on the ground floor.

Pros: the location and the Good breakfast

Pros: The breakfast is definitely one of the highlights of my trip this time. The hot spring is also good and comfortable. The front table is very friendly, helpful and nice. Good location just few minutes to subway station and 4 mins driving to 道頓崛. It's pity that I could only stay one night there.

Pros: The staffs are accommodating and always smiling to the guests .I like the onsen on the 4th floor .It was so relaxing .I used to work at the hotel too here in Japan and in the Phil’s. I could say that the service that the staffs are given to the guest is excellent.

Pros: Hotel amenities and facilities were clean, tidy, and enjoyable. At check in, given yukata (robe to use to go to onsen), pillow (while supplies last), and females were allowed to choose 10 beauty/hygiene amenities to take home/use per each night booked with lohas. It was nice that you get a stamp card to earn rewards for choosing to stay at lohas. Onsen and rooms were small but did not feel suffocating, which I appreciated very much. They have healthy ion water stations on each floor and a bunch of other stuff. The facility felt safe because of the keypad lock doors. After midnight the hotel's main entrance door was locked and required a code/buzz in from front desk. Also, I can't remember about the men's onsen, but the code to the women's onsen changed daily which I didn't think I needed but I greatly appreciated it. Right outside of the women's onsen was a powder room that had hair dryers, towels, and other little amenities which were nice. If you come across this hotel as an option, you should definitely consider staying here!!

Pros: Location was good; only a few minutes' walk from the subway station. Breakfast was adequate. Good powerful and hot shower.

Pros: It's new and clean. The twin bed room is huge and come with bath tub. The welcome drink is the little effort that is a big plus point. It's about 7 minutes walk from Yoriyabashi station, the way to the property is flat and trolley friendly.

Pros: The high technology of everything inside the hotel was very cool! The best part was that they even land you a smartphone that you can use! Although we already had our portable wifi, but if we hadn't, that would've been a very handy solution! And worries not, due to privacy, it will delete all cookies info after your checkout. In the amenities they would even give you a deodorant refresher for your clothes, thing that not all the hotels grant, we noticed. Staff always nice! And they stored for us, our luggage on the last day when we were sightseeing for the last time before leaving, after we already had our checkout.

Pros: This place was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the coffee machine in the lobby was a huge plus, and the onsen was just wonderful, you definitely need to try it (but research the rules if you've never done one before). We did laundry here too, and it was super easy and convenient.

Pros: Conveniently located a couple of minutes from the metro station with appropriate signs directing you to the hotel. It offers good and clean facilities. The spa in the hotels basement can be used as well included in the price. The room is standard Japanese size (smaller than Western hotel rooms), however offers very comfortable pillows and bed.

Pros: This hotel felt luxurious! The staff were all incredibly professional and treated us with such care, especially the manager (sorry I forgot his name - something along the lines of Takehama). The onsen was such an incredible bonus and made the end of the days so relaxing. We also had the pleasure of borrowing the hotel bikes to ride to Dotombori (which saved us the extra time public transport would have taken).
