When I went to pick up the car the woman at the counter told me she didn't have a car for me - that she only had enough cars for her people - I explained that I was one of her people and showed her my printed agreement and she still wouldn't give me a car - she seemed happy about screwing me over and wasting a day of my vacation - overall I'd say you guys suck6.8 Okay

This was the only avenue for getting a car during March due to spring break and the influx of travelers due to Florida's open state status. We appreciated the price and the ability to return on the other coast of Florida.6.0 Okay

Drop off super easy but noted a chip in windshield which was there when I rented. Company later apologised.Cons:
Only one employee present who could process, get a car and do inspection at one time and as quickly and non attentive to detail as would allow. There should be more than one counter person.2.0 Poor

Pick up was poor. Received email directing me to pick up location at ritz Carlton that had been closed for months. Wasted 25 minutes going there to be directed back to original pick up location. Car was ready over an hour later than reserved.2.0 Poor

Instead they canceled my reservation and said they did not have any cars, and when I asked if they could give me any vehicle type, did not have to be the van I requested, they said I cannot be helped and to try another place.7.2 Good

Pick up staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. He was excellent and explain everything above and beyond our expectation. The drop-off was the complete opposite. I think the lady at the drop-off require customer training or you will start losing customers to National, Alamo, etc. She had NO CONCEPT of a customer. She was on the phone and I can tell it was a personal conversation for about 10 minutes with me waiting!Cons:
Also, the rude attendant that was on her personal phone call, could have explain more curiously that returning the vehicle one day early would only result in a dollar or two refund. The nice gentleman during the pick up had mentioned a pro-rated refund which should have been $35.92. Our refund was only about 2 dollars. Anyway, we do appreciate the company service and will not make the rude attendant at drop-off spoil the entire experience. Cannot win everything.4.0 Mediocre

There were no cars available, Kayak should not have let me book. I spent money and time I didn’t have getting to the Hertz location only to spend more money and time figuring out how to get around without a car.Thrifty
