Customer service is a 100% bust at this company.
Pros: The vehicle itself drove well. More trunk space than expected.
Cons: The car was dirty - I had to meet customers in a filthy looking vehicle. I know the inside was not cleaned out very well because there was 2 - $1 dollar bills on the floor between the drivers seat and the door. Had the car been looked over for even 30 seconds, some lucky associate would have gotten $2. Getting the car was a pain also - when picking up, there was nobody at the booth. I had to got to a competitors booth to find out where to get my car. They pointed out these signs telling us to go down the hall - there was no contruction, just a need to confuse the patrons. From my first interaction with Payless to dropping off the car, I at most spoke 5 sentences to the staff - customer service and overall rudeness was pretty terrible. I travel regularly, and will avoid Payless moving forward.

Pros: They check for dings and scratches when you leave, and don't leave it up to you to bring back the carbon copy

Did not have rental cars
Cons: No cars when I showed up at scheduled time. They told me to wait an hour no cars in hour, never had cars
