Older car, battery went dead. Instead of bringing me another car After jump starting at my condo, they expected me to take it to the airport and exchange for another car. Car smelled Smokey inside

Got a car where passenger window wouldn’t roll back up. Had to drive over an hour to get a new car. They said they would have one ready for us they didn’t. Then tried to give us a smaller car while making my two kids wait in 95 degree weather.

Long wait for car. Told to search in lot that our car wasnt in only to find it back at the entrance. Frustrating experience. No staff outside to help nor with drop off either
