Pros:Yes the lady at pick up was wonderful!!Cons:You all need a bigger signs for drop off. And better signs in the back of the building as to where to enter after you drop off. I can figure it out but the older generations may not. Tad bit confusing. You one tiny sign blow over in the back of the building. Just an idea for you ;)Reviewed Feb 8 2020
