I like the more than one staff member remembered me and that they always a pleasure to deal with. The exercise equipment needs to be either replaced or repaired. They are squealing and knocking. I overheard another guest make a similar comment, as she too is a regular.

Staff is excellent and remember frequent guests. Did not try the food this time but it was excellent last time. It is a short walk to great restaurants. The rooms with two beds are big and the washroom is big. I think they need to expand their gym. But it is well equipped. Lastly the bath sink water pressure need to be stronger.

Great location and view with lovely facilities. The staff was so friendly and gracious. Unfortunately the shower in the room took about half an hour to drain completely, and there was hair in the shower when we got there. The mattress in the King room was also very stiff, but in a way that felt cheap and uncomfortable.

Pros (+) Beautiful lobby well-decorated for Christmas, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
Cons (-) Very expensive. I think Atlanta was busy that weekend, but $200 a night seemed steep for what it was.

Cons (-) I wish the hotel offered a continental breakfast or a happy hour.

Pros (+) The room was recently redone. The bed was comfy.
Cons (-) It is a loud hotel. I was on the 9th floor and I could hear music being played at an event on the first floor at 10 PM. I could hear people walking above me. I am not a light sleeper, but I had to use a white noise app on my phone.

I felt like I was in a more down-to-earth Marquis. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. We had an airport-facing view with balcony. Cons (-) If you’re a light sleeper and don’t care to watch the fascinating hustle and bustle of ATL, you’ll want to ask for a quieter room. I say that without dinging the hotel. For many, including me, that’s a plus, but it might not be for you if you are a weary travel that just wants to faceplant into a bed for some rest. The bed was OK. Pros (+) Hotel absolutely beautiful, close to the airport that we didn’t need to rush to catch our flight. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
