Pros (+) The food at the Knotty Deck was delicious.
Cons (-) The service at the Knotty Deck was not good during our stay. Our server kept forgetting our stuff and we waited way too long on everything. Also during the weekend we tried to order room service and both items we picked to eat were out of stock and it was the middle of the afternoon.

Cons (-) Parking is $20, this was not on the listing when I paid for room. My room was next to elevators, bottle water was in the room w/ a hidden fee of $3.50/bottle, the light in bathroom worked only some of the time, and the following morning when I went to my vehicle to leave, there were beer bottles around my truck and urine stains on the concrete, also, next to my truck. My overall experience was ter...

Pros (+) It was near the Capitol and many good restaurants. We especially enjoyed Maria at the coffee/snack counter who had our coffee poured when we appeared in the morning. She was delightful. The staff was exceptionally accommodating. Overall, it was a good stay. Easy parking for vehicles but there is a daily charge, less if you self-park.
Cons (-) We were there five nights; two of those nights the room was not cleaned. The first time, we mentioned it. When it happened again the second night we were pretty vocal about our frustration and dissatisfaction. The room did get cleaned the following day but it was our last night there. At checkout they did offer a discount and apologized.

Pros (+) The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff were very accomodating. The rooms were wonderfully spacious and clean so absolutely no complaints there.
Cons (-) I would probably never again stay at a hotel under construction for the amount of money I paid. I had no idea the extent of the construction before and while booking. It had elevators non functioning and we had to use service elevators at one point it was just odd. I could have stayed at a five star for the price I paid minus the construction.
