Juan Manuel, Sep 2022 - Renaissance New York Midtown Hotel
The hotel is pretty well located, the concierge Duke is great and the staff in general are pretty awesome. Pros (+) For staying in Times Square to see multiple shows, the location is great. I was able to get adjoining rooms for my family. Concierge was very helpful.
Cons (-) Be aware of the limited hours of dining on site and no Concierge lounge. No big deal really because there are plenty of food choices in the area

For some reason, staff came to check on our room a few times to see if we needed anything (towels, etc.) not at my request. The first time was fine, but we already said we didn't need anything, so the subsequent times they came to my room was a bit annoying. While I appreciate the care, we also wanted to re...
