Rent a Jeep in Richardson

The truck was clean and ready when I arrived at the Enterprise office. In fact, someone called me on my cell phone the day before confirming I was still going to go forward with the rental. The folks at the Enterprise office were polite and professional.

Passenger van

I have a Reservation for a 12 passenger van at Richardson location. I have a confirmation For that day They told me that the van is not available even though I have a Reservation. Transfer me to a further location and charge me more for my rental. That’s insane.

Cons:

Reservation was for 12pm. Got a call at 12:02pm that the truck I had reserved had body damage and couldn't be rented. No resolution on the phone call. I arrived at the rental location around 1pm and the person at the desk explained that there were no trucks. I asked if he had tried to find one at another Hertz location and he said that last time he tried doing that for a customer he got yelled at by his manager. He eventually called his manager and got permission to call others. He tried 2 with no luck and told me that was all he could do. I will never use Hertz again.
