Easy access to Auditorium. A breakfast was arranged for me at 500 am as I had to leave early.
the hotel feel was great, very truly italian, good location for a truly italian roman experience. they need to upgrade their business centre facilities.
we got a king sized bed for the price of a double or two singles at others. it was definitely quiet at night for sleeping. bed was a little hard.
Friendliness of the staff and their help in facilitating activities. In addition, the hotel was clean and quiet, two attributes that are often difficult to find in a hotel in Rome. Location was remote from most of the most interesting places in Rome; however, the hotel staff was always helpful in obtaining a taxi, which would always arrive within moments.
A quality, peaceful hotel with very pleasant and attentive staff. Free shuttle service to the city.
Due to the location we felt extremely safe! I didn't like the hotel at all!It had old furniture, our shampoo and body foams weren't changed! The bed was very hard.Breakfast was poor ,we had to ask for honey ,the breakfast was two days old! There wasn't a metro station we had to take a taxi!
shuttle service to city center; rooms are cleaned various times during the day; restaurant doesn't attract much people, but is very good; breakfast is excellent
The staff was fantastic. The hotel is very elegant on the inside. I love the extra attention to details. The breakfast bar is very nice. The distant to the center of town was just a bit out of the way. The free shuttle service to the center is not that convenience and is usually late.
The room service, the cleanliness of the room The view from the room window
The Hotel has a great Services and even noy in the center the Mercedes Van to via Ludovisi is geat
The hotel was large, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. Not your typical cramped room European hotel. It is away from the tourist traps yet close enough to walk to everything, except for Vatican area. The hotel is the best I've stayed in all of Rome
the room is very clean and confortable.
the interior design and view from the window the beds were not the best for a couple since they were twin and had to be transformed into a king. The breakfast was ok but not that varied and no options for hot beverages in the morning. Parking is paid and was expensive.
Close to Foro Italico, Pleasant surroundings Small Rooms, Noisy ground floor rooms, Low quality breakfast buffet and service
Great location - easy to reach main city attractions by foot. The room / bathroom - cosy and very clean.
The room was wonderfull, really beautifull and confortable, very spacious and with a lovely terrasse in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The male staff were unpolite and did nothing to help, assist or even be cortious. Eg: we arrived late with a small child and a lot of luggage. Even though I am pregnant and there are a lot of steps on the entrance, in front of the reception hall, even though the receptionist was looking at us through the glass doors he didn't even bother to get up and open the double glass doors for us!!!
Nice and clean hotel in a quiet zone of Rome. Good value for your money.
Clean, recently decorated to a high standard, reasonable breakfast We booked a room with double bed, but were first allocated a tiny room with two singles. We asked to be transfered to a room with a double bed, and we were, but it had a window with the lower shutters permanently closed so we had little light and no view. The room itself was ok, but small, with nowhere to sit.
Great customer service, very personal. Nothing
easy to get to the city centre - few stops by tram to the subway station, quite place Rome may be expensive, still the price was quite high for the quality - small room (when opening the wardrobe you could not move around the bet), almost no space to meet with colleagues - even through hotel bar people were going from their rooms, ... internet acces is not standard part, etc.
Please write at least 15 words Breakfast variation poor - no fresh fruit and limited cold meat and cheese. Extra pillows in bedroom and an air conditioner that works would have been nice - shopping trip to castel romano a waste of money - would not recommend to guests.
The breakfast is ok, rooms are ok and the bathrooms are nice and clean. I've made the reservation for the Regent Hotel and they put us in Ritz Hotel; the hotel is ok but is not a 4* , there is a lot of noise from outside, especially in the morning.
Central location Quite loud
Convenient to metro station. Helpful staff, value for money.
- Good location, good restaurants in the area - Close to the center - Rude staff, especially during the night
the facilities were very very poor, the staff was not very friendly except for a few of them, and the rooms were not comfortable nor clean enough!
Quality / price. Nice employees. Nice location (be careful: not in centre). My second time in this hotel: this weekend I booked a three persons room. This room was old and near a terrific / noisy machine (which was our perspective from the window).
easy transportation near by. The room's condition was very poor: Bed's materss is in an awfull condition. Room's outer window does not close properly.
friendly staff / good breakfast the room needs a face lift (asap) ! the view was terrible !
Good location, helpful staff. No tea of coffee making facilities in the room
Hotel can be rate as 2*+ or 3* not 4*! There r no WiFi in the rooms, bathroom isn`t good (old & broken daesn`t mean vintage), staffs especially reseption r lazy & cheeky. Also hotel is far from the center (about 1 hour by walk).
very quiet qnd have long sleep after busy day. Over all is 10 points from my room, only the wall between rooms is very thin, you can hear each other, but night time is quiet. should have american breakfast,
Great service and an excellent startingpoint for visiting the historical center of Rome (5 minute walk to the subway). Hospitable people and nice room.
great place, perfect location. it's hard to describe how wonderful this place is. great staff, great breakfast.
Location was wonderful, very close to the old city but away from city noise. The biggest disturbance in the early morning was birdsong. A lovely old villa, but with updated bathroom and electricals. nothing
The best was the willingness of the owners to help and make sure your stay was pleasant. Its a great b&b I needed an iron which wasn't available but the owners were so kind to press for me the shirts I needed for work, so can't really complain...
I really liked everything!... The room was good and clean, the daily breakfast in our room was very good (specially the capuccino) and the location of the hotel for us was highly appropriate because it was the zone we were looking to move in. Alessandro was always able to help us, and gave us very useful information about the city, and other things.
The staff is very helpful, formal and very concerned with the well being of guests. The facility is very clean and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great breakfast served in the room. Well connected to the old district (one subway stop).
Management and staff were efficient and courteous.Information about Rome's transport system and restaurants nearby made our stay a real pleasure
The rooms were beautiful. The staff were helpful. Hotel was located in very near to the central part of the city. The owner provided good information
A good opportunity to experience staying in a private villa in this very elegant area. Pleasant breakfast under the trees in the little courtyard. Free WiFi.The maid is very concerned and caring. The place is well connected to the city center. The partition wall so thin you hear people talking in the room next door. Cleanliness : they say they've adopted a green attitude and won't change the sheets everyday. Ok. Yet you tend to expect the floors (room & bathroom) to be cleaned which was not done in 3 days. Breakfast correct, not more, and too sweet. By law they are not allowed to manipulate food. Ok. But why, if they can take biscuits and "croissants" out of a packet, can't they give you a piece of bread, and a real orange juice instead of a synthetic one? Tea/coffee in the room, yes, but with an outrageous 1 euro per tea bag !! In one word : rather nice but a little overpriced if you compare with other hotels of the same kind in the area, even in the same street.
