New, nice, clean, free parking, Internet access, breakfast ok none
Nice room and bathroom, good breakfast. The staff answered to our questions. Location is good for such price and connection with thwe center is not so bad. The staff was always very busy with buses of tourist groups.
The lady receptionist spoke very good English and was very helpful with directions and advice. Finding the hotel was a nightmare
The staff were very nice and helpfull. The bedroom were nice, comfortable, clean and it has also a beautifull decoration. The bath is good and the breakfeast pleasent. The bathtube is really small. The hotel is very far from the terminal station and the attractions, but it is close to a bus stop that takes you to a metro station. The doors are really noise. It is ok since if you want to save some money and get a comfortable hotel you have to stay far away from the attractions.
Hotel is new rooms are clean, breakfast is ok, free internet, free car parking, value for money
Easy parking. Wired internet and proper desk in the room. Spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Very noisy since there is no carpeting, every morning we woke up to children screaming, heels clicking in the corridors and furniture being moved around in the room above. Breakfast was very limited -not your typical Italian hotel. There is only a small supermarket and one restaurant in the vicinity, so a car is necessary.
staff, breakfast Near building at work, not so great cleanliness
Rooms were very larg The hotel is 3 stars while I booked it as a 4 stars
Good value for money, bit outside the city center but very good public transport connections. -
Very nice hotel in very quite quarter of Rome. Very easy travelling to the center, cca 10 min. by bus and then 15 min. by metro, a possibility to buy tickets at reception.
breakfast, the kitchen staff was very friendly, however, one of the reception staff(grey hair, ~1.8m tall, ~40 years) was very rude and very impatient with questions, that ruined my 1st day @ Rome. another is the hotel is 1hr distance from Rome Termini station, this the shortest distance I could figure out after many tries(bus #558(~10 stops)+Metro(~14 stops))
The hotel staff were very nice and the hotel has good facility. Resonable price for the room little far from city centre, but good connection of bus and train
Cooperative staff Far from city centre
I read it was a good hotel, and I agree.
very nice staff, they are frindelly, nice garden breakfast need to improve
The room was very comfortable, location - the train station is only 10 min away by walking.
It is a nice hotel with decent facilities. However it is really far from the city Center. In peak hours it could take up to 90-100 minutes to reach the city. During non peak hours it could take up to one hour by Metro+bus. The Hotel has a lovely terrace and a good view but one is so tired on return, the only thing you want is to hit the sack. Some arrangements for Tea/Coffee in the room is essential as the dispensing machine also did not work in the lobby. The carpet in the room requires thorough cleaning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent enough though vegetarians like me have to make do with bread butter, yoghurt and cornflakes. I suppose only the distance and the absence of a coffee maker in the room.Cleaner carpets would give a very good feeling on entering the room and staying there.
Nothing Staff especially one bearded guy was extremely rude. Shuttle service as mentioned is not there and is for limited trips. The hotel is outside Rome so all your money goes into commuting
NIce hotel and staff location
standard services were fine out of the way, hard to get to hotel and from hotel to city
Clean and new, with big rooms A little far from Rome historic town
price was good and staff was very profreshonal and helpfull the hotel is far away from center and you have to pay for hotel bus to go to the center; brekfast wasn't the best it was hard to find ther samthing relly good to eat
The staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and the location for us was perfect. Only the long walk to the station - a courtesy bus or offer of a taxi would have been good
I liked almost everything, from how it was furnished to the ambience and staff
Very professional staff, clean and modern rooms.
The pool was nice. The selection of food was poor. The fact that when the hotel called a cab the meter started from when the call was made. Meaning you pay for the drivers trip to the hotel. There are no restaurants near by.
Exelent brekfest, nice, neu hotel. Not far avay from centre with car.FAMILY Friendly! Swiming pool just open from 12.00
access to city of rome
clean breakfast and staff doesnt speak english
The price fit well into our budget. The hotel was far away from Rome. We had to take a bus, shuttle or taxi to get to the metro and then ride 30 minutes to thr city.
The Breakfast staff was very friendly. And they offer a shuttle service to the metro. On the morning that we were checking out we went downstairs to breakfast and upon returning to our room our door and all of the doors around us were wide open and the cleaning people were no where around. So all of our bags were sitting on the floor for somebody to take.
parking quiet no restaurant in the evening to eat but ok
As I like verry much italian music and also to dance, I would like to find a disco. It was a pleasure to find the sky programmes and generally a good atmosphere. No complaints, tutto e ststo bellissimo.grazie!
The rooms were nice and large, breakfast ok. Staff very friendly and helpfull. It is very far from the city center - it takes 1h1/2 to get to the hotel from termini station.
The staff was really helpful when we were trying to get to certain places. They spent alot of time telling us where to go and how to get there. It was really far from the ctiy. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel and a train station less than 1km from the hotel, but the train stopped going from the city at 21:30 and you'd have to get off the last metro station to catch that bus. And buses in Rome suburbs seem to be running randomly, not on a timed schedule. Sometimes we would have to wait up to an hour for the bus.Rent a car
hotel comfort and shuttle service quite a noisy area of the town
the hotel stuff was really helpful
Restaurant closed in evening during entire stay, and nothing nearby if we didn't have a car it would have been impossible to get a evening meal
large garden, with bar nearby. close to the university.
The hotel is too far from de city center and the hotel doesn't provide any bus or shuttle to the airport or to the city center. You need to take a bus (in front of the hotel) to get into the train station and then to go to the city center (about 45 minutes total). The neighbourdhood is quite ugly and dirty, and at night is too dark. The hotel claimed to have frigobar and air coditioning inside the room but they don't have it and the television wasn't working. Some clients were making a lot of noise at 3-4 o clock in the morning, for a long period of time. The internet also doesn't work inside the room, you need to stay at the reception hall to have the wifi. The breakfast is insuficient, you dont have bread or fruits.
nice gardens and friendly staff. Recommended a nearby restaurant that was very good. without sat nav I think we would have had a problem locating the hotel by car
The did not have wirerless internet. While we were there they were putting in sky TV noEnglish channels. They only change the sheets ever other day. The resurante is not what I would call a resturant, no menu just what ever they are cooking for the evening. No rooms available to smoke in. I know Italy is no smoking, but we had friends in other hotels and they had smoking rooms. It also is very far out from the main city about 1 hour by bus and metro.
Rate and Location Everything was very poor but still worth value (50 euros/night)
The hotel staff, The Bathroom. The access and the giving direction of how to get to the hotel
