The staff at the White Bluff Savannah location is AMAZING!!! None of my review marks have anything to do with them. In fact I would tell everyone to go to them if they need a rental in Low Country because they are fantastic!!!Cons:
Fist off, I booked for an airport pick up and drop off, what I got was a 50 dollar taxi ride 30 minutes away. Second, my information was never passed onto the rental location. They had no way of getting a hold of me. Complete garbage. So naturally, there were no vehicles available, even though I booked a solid month out.8.0 Very good

Really one of the best car rental experiences we've ever had. It was slightly confusing upon returning the car as there was not the typical employee out in the lot to check the car back in so we just went in and dropped off the keys at the counter.5.6 Fair

The chance of dropping the car off in Miami rather than at the same office as the pick up. An explanation about the difference in between the pre paid fuel tank option and the self filling. I shouldn’t paid for the pre paid as I wouldn’t do that amount of miles in just two days.10.0 Wonderful

I was originally given a pick up truck. I knew it was a busy weekend and they were likely sold out of cars. I explained I would be shuttling my mom around and it would be difficult for her to get in the truck. They took the time to clean a returned car. It was so appreciated! Thanks6.0 Okay

no, long lines and slow -poerhaps it was customer problems but the staff seemed to need help.Cons:
They had to change my car me because they didn't have the car I ordered - they offered me a truck but they have problems with getting in and out, so the only thing they had has a small car, which I accepted, but they didn't offer me a change in rate. Said they had to get supervisors approval who wasn't there.8.0 Very good

DID NOT LIKE At pick up there were only two ladies working. One was a manager of some sort. They were bickering back and forth because they had 12 people in line and no cars to give.Cons:
Offer the people who had a reservation something because of Thrifty's poor planning. It literally took 20 minutes per person to rent a car. The long haired brunette asked if I wanted a midsize car and I said "no", I rented an intermediate. My rental was WAAAY over what I was supposed to pay.Hertz

Staff at the counter not overly friendly, and there was confusion about what car we rented and needed as their current inventory was very low. We ended up getting a vehicle that worked, but it was different from what we booked. Returning the car was quick and easy, and the car itself was very nice.2.0 Poor

There were no cars on the lot when I had a reservation. I was given a cargo van. I then tried numerous times to switch the van into a new car. The staff was not helpful and didn't go out of their way to call me or update me when I asked them to.6.0 Okay

I did not like the impersonal service and being sent to the back of the line when my corporate id did not work. The representative did not put any effort into figuring out my problem. I had to go on the website myself and figure out that I was an emerald club member and make an account, which was very simple. It took 45 minutes for me to get a car. Also, I thought the price was going to be lower than estimated since I reserved the car for 2pm -11pm but only used the car until 6pm. The price was actually more than estimated.10.0 Wonderful
