Staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Recommended upgrade for our needs and comfort; upgraded with no hassle and minimum waiting time.Cons:
Facility itself had a malodorous stale scent. Vehicle was hastily cleaned, as we upgraded last minute, but there remained evidence of previous renters (old spill, half full water bottle and some old food/candy under seat). Allowances made as the vehicle used was not the original one prepped.5.6 Fair

I loved the service. The staff at the Enterprise rental facility was by far the best I've experienced. The follow-up was impeccable. The cleanliness of the vehicle was good.Cons:
I requested a SUV, but ended up with a minivan. The baggage space was more than I needed, but the comfort was not as nice as the SUVs I had rented in the past.Easirent

There was a shuttle from the drop off point to the airport terminal. I found that out by asking another customer. The employee from Budget should have told me that when she came over to ask if I filled the tank and to leave the car running.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
They told me over the phone it was 150$ deposit but when I got to the counter they said it was 250$ deposit which I did not have. Now I have to wait 10 days to get my 135$ refund for the cost of the rental which I could not rent because I didn’t have the 250$. For deposit. Poor communication.
