Supplier choice

Extremely terrible. My boss laid me off for 10 days due to your company “accidentally “ charging us a smoking fee. So not only did we get charged over $300 for a 6 hour rental but you also charged us $500 on top totaling over $800 for 6 hrs. Also took several hours to get in contact with customer service

Cons:

Would've been nice if the counter was open when my flight arrived. The National/Enterprise counter was open. Hertz, Avis and others were closed. Such is life, I guess.

They lie to you on the phone just to get you in the door, I was told that I would be able to rent the vehicle I picked out online, and I called to confirm three times and everytime I was told over the phone that they reserved the vehicle and it will be ready for me to pick it up. I go to pick it up and it just so happens that I can’t rent that “specific vehicle” and I would have to rent the more expensive one. I was lied to and they will lie to you too

They told me over the phone it was 150$ deposit but when I got to the counter they said it was 250$ deposit which I did not have. Now I have to wait 10 days to get my 135$ refund for the cost of the rental which I could not rent because I didn’t have the 250$. For deposit. Poor communication. Workers should have been I sync..
