Pros:
Absolutely nothing pressing I pre paid had every thing ready. I even called location to make sure all was good if I needed anything else so I could bring with me they said nope your all good we will have keys waiting. I get there they wouldn't rent me a car even though in pre paid, I needed another cc card which I did not bring so 2 hr trip back .Cons:

Customer service was not great. Not friendly. Accused us of having animals in the vehicle even though we have none and are allergic to dogs and cats. Generally seemed unhappy to be working there.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The trunk was spacious, the car rode well and smooth and handled fine. Gas mileage was good as well. The rental experience was smooth and quick.Cons:
The pickup from a rolling start is poor and hesitant but this is not the rental locations' fault. Just not a car I would ever own.7.6 Good

Cons:
The vehicle had not been cleaned and smelled like smoke. There was so much dirt and grime on the inside of the windsheild that I had to stop and clean it before I felt safe driving it as the dirt obscured my view. The outside looked as though it had not been washed in weeks. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money I paid at all.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I had requested a mini van for a long road trip...when I went to pick up the van , the only one with low miles also had a DVD system which I did not want or need...but I had to take it as all the other ones had 30K plus miles on them.
