Pros: I liked nothing about my experience dealing with this airline.
Cons: My flight, for the third time in a row, was delayed by more than two hours. It seems that Silver has a serious problem with aircraft maintenance, as this is always the reason given for delays. The customer service staff, both on the ground and in the sky, are surly at best. And the only drink they offer is water. The planes are extremely old and very loud. Bring your earplugs, and make this your airline of last resort. Silver is horrendously appalling! Also, they do not have a customer service hotline to call if you would like to complain about your experience. They insist that you email them. What a joke!
