Cons: My trip was too short!

Cons: was charged twice for car insurance and i was charged more than what your website advertised.

Cons: The price per gallon on gas if you did not do it

Cons: There were no cars. I had to book somewhere else last minute.

Cons: That it rained that day

Cons: Enterprise would not let me drop off vehicle at an alternate locate for less than 120% the cost of the original rental. Penny pullers, weak customer service.

Cons: 1. When I arrived, they did not have the car, or any car, that I had booked and asked me to wait 30 minutes for it to arrive and be cleaned. 2. The agent had a Malibu and tried to sell it to me as a replacement at full-cost. 3. Enterprise has now for some years been playing the Rev-Max game, of revenue maximization ("Who wouldn't, how could we not??" they would say) whereby prices for the same car between Enterprise offices just 1-3 miles apart can be double. Ridiculous. 4. The drop-off back to Enterprise was made hardy by: - the Silver Spring downtown location has not parking for customers returning, it's a busy shopping center. - a half-witted agent made us all sign a Check-In log, then another agent came and proceeded to wait on two other folks returning before me despite the Log. - the agent tried to charge me the full-boat price for the Malibu, despite the original agent assuring me it would only be $10 more a day for it. - I had to spend another 1/2 or so of my life to just return the car. Go Avis, go Hertz, go anywhere but Enterprise...

Cons: Waiting for the return

Cons: Everything! Not what I expected from Enterprise

Cons: But car reserved was not ready. Gave substitute car

Cons: It isn't open on Sat or Sun!!

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: The vehicle came with an issue that I was unaware of until about 10 hours into my trip. The tail light was not working, but you know, I didn't get pulled over, and when I told them of the issue, they said even if I got a ticket they would've taken care of it. So I guess it's still pretty good.

Cons: The car was dirty when we picked it up; the tank was under half full; and the daily charge for an extra driver, which I didn't realize was going to be as high as it was, made the deal less economical than I originally thought it would be when I placed order online. That's a learning lesson for me for next time.

Cons: A little bit expensive.

Cons: Rude service. No car provided after 90 minute wait. Ruined our weekend family trip.

Cons: I had to wait a pretty long time for the service rep to go and get the car. Both reps were out of the building to get cars for other customers. They should find a closer holding lot.

Cons: The rental office is on a busy main street, and the pick up/drop off usually requires double parking. The staff is used to this and handles the challenge adroitly, but as renter dropping of a car, it was a little nerve-wracking.

Cons: First, the office was difficult to locate since it is in a shopping plaza not right on the road as it had been explained. When I returned the car after waiting for the agent to finish his phone call and acknowledge that I was there, the man at the counter was extremely rude. When I questioned the gas prepay refund I was instructed to take it up with the company. That he doesn’t represent the company and that it was expressed in the contract I had read and signed. At which point upon further questioning he provided said pamphlet. I was instructed that I should have read the fine print- and was again told to take it up with the company. Needless to say if I ever rent with Avis again I will be much more explicit in my requests since they obviously conveniently leave things out.

Cons: I went to the dealership and asked how much it would be, including insurance. The man ran my card, checked me in and then told me how much it was. He claimed that he couldn't see the total until after my card was charged. I made him cancel the rental and I went elsewhere. Disgusting.

Cons: Nothing.
