The vehicle on the website when booking was different to the actual vehicle I was allocated upon pick up. So wasn’t very pleased with this false advertising. Upon pick up the customer service was terrible, the lady at Sixt tried to make it out as if she was being helpful when in actual fact she wasnt. I would never book through Kayak and Sixt again. We had to pay for an extra driver as the kayak/or sixt system would automatically put in that the driver was the person whos name was on the credit card. We weren’t informed of this when booking, and the sixt agent said they could do nothing about this and that it was Kayaks fault and we had to pay more money. We also had to pay more insurance as when we tried to book it said the insurance didn’t work but we didn’t get a chance to cancel the booking we just had to pay more at the counter, again being told “not their fault “. I rented a jeep cherokee for a week. Pickup and drop off were quick and easy, no lines like the other rental places. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Some minor scratches and dents but thats to be expected with a rental. All the damage was already documented and i took pictures all the way around the vehicle before i left just to be safe. The vehicle was fully loaded and sixt was significantly cheaper than the other rental car companies. Would highly recommend and will be renting from them again in the future.Reviewed Sep 24 2022
