The rental car company was off the airport property so we needed to use a shuttle.. when we arrived, we were given a car with multiple dents and looked and smelled unclean on inside. Car ran ok but was not ideal. When we returned the car we were told the shuttle would be coming in 5 minutes… we waited over 20 minutes and no shuttle, eventually had to call an Uber so we didn’t miss our flight. They didn’t tell us of the required insurance which is an extra charge. This should be told up front before the reservation is made, not when we’re there picking up the car.Reviewed Apr 1 2023

I booked this car rental for a trip I had planned. I was unable to go due to illness and was forced to cancel my flights, hotels and tried to cancel this car rental. Whether its KAYAK or SIXTH, one of them is a scam. I was unable to cancel my reservation and tried to for 4-5 days prior to the day of pick up and was met with unresponsive emails to my requests everyday. I am still out over $1,100 for a car that was never rented and tried to cancel well within my days to cancel. I am extremely disappointed in both of these sites. If Sixth is the issue, then KAYAK should not book them on their platform. Very upset.Reviewed Jan 23 2023

Although there was only one other client ahead of me, it took over an hour to receive my rental. Then when they were doing the final inspection, they realized that the washer fluid container was leaking and told me that they would need to give me a different vehicle. The manager mentioned that he would give me $75 off my bill, which was nice. When I dropped off the vehicle, the $75 refund was no where to be found. The manager was not there, but luckily when he was called he remembered and walked the associate through how to do a refund. This whole process, however, made me have to wait for the shuttle a second time. The goal was about an hour for drop off too ☹️Reviewed Dec 15 2022

It took for ever to get a car, not complaining about that as I arrived early and the accommodate me. The car has so many noises. I tried talking to someone and was places on hold to then be hang up on. On top of that, the return was TERRIBLE. I stopped to put gas nearby First asked the gas clerk to charge me $25. That was not enough so went inside the gas station, again and paid $5 cash. The pump stopped (been full) with $1..71. Upon the return of the vehicle, the unprofessional clerk at Banco Popular rental car tells me I going to be charged $6+ because the tank was not full.. WTFReviewed Oct 31 2022
