Cons:Please provide the list of cars available in a class. For example, I have signed up on Sixt website for Peugeot 300i but i was given smaller mini cooper. Rental agent says it is in same class but mini coopernis much smaller and uncomfortable. Stop upselling once the customer made reservation for a specific class/segment of car. Pros:The rental counter was easy to find. The car was clean and ready to go. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly at drop-off and pick-up. They offered us a "discount" for an upgrade on several different types of cars. We took advantage of this because we had more luggage than anticipated when we booked the car.Cons:As others have said - we also purchased the extended coverage from Allianz and Sixt had no record of that. Pros:Drop off was easy.Cons:I felt scammed—bait and switch. I reserved and paid for my car ahead of time. When I got there they told me I didn’t fill out the form correctly and they didn’t have my car (really? I even had my confirmation email, but this didn’t mean anything). Great experiencePros:Could choose between 3 different cars and chose the most appropriate for our journey. Car was great, only small issue was that one of the tires seemed not to be balanced well and there was a slight vibration above 100 km/ h. Poor service at pick up and drop offPros:The rental car was very clean and economicCons:When picking up the car the agent was not welcoming. Also, (please be aware) no one went to check the car with me for dings, bumps or scratches which was hard but I checked anyways as best as I could because the car is in a dark parking garage at the airport. Then at drop off I was told that there were 2 dings on the car. I WAS SO MAD!!!Reviewed May 30 2018
