My only problem was figuring out how to work the heater, radio etc. The lady that walked us out should have gotten us set up. It was a cold morning and my husband and I aren’t very high tech. The bathroom when you walk in (Men’s) was beyond disgusting. You could smell it from the desk.

Pros:

Pick-up with an Avis Preferred reservation took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Cars were available. Only one counter agent working. A second agent abruptly left.

Cons:

Will never rent Avis at this location again. No excuse for a nearly 2 hour wait when they had cars available. Understaffed and antiquated computer system for rental agreements. Horrible customer service.

The e-toll service was confusing. I was told at one of the toll booths that it wasn't working so I had to pay a toll on top of the subscription service.

The van was a Chevy feel like a cargo van, not Ford Transit like the passenger van. Mechanically, it was not safe to drive; shaking badly when braking, wiper blades were bad and noisy, steering wheel was not centered like it needed an alignment.

We arrived at the rental location and they were out of cars. They did not communicate the issue, and we had to wait an hour in line to find out they were out of cars and could t guarantee we would get an SUV that we had reserved but we could wait 3 hours for them to get more cars. We cancelled the reservation and booked with a different rental car agency.

So unorganized, I arrived on time and they didn’t even have the car I had rented out in advanced and didn’t even offer anything else.

Employee at the exit was excellent. He helped me remove the lights on the dash, adjust my seat, & set my bluetooth.

Cons:

Where to start? I picked up the car late in the rain and there was so much water around the vehicle that I couldn't check it out for dents. Emergency road service that I needed the next day was non-existent, even after an hour on hold. This crucial problem with key was never resolved. In a separate issue, tire pressure was low after a few days.

I was forced to wait for 1.5 hours at pickup because there were no cars available. Rude staff, and it was like the hunger games with people fighting for cars when they became available (no reservation per vehicle so people all just started trying to jump in) it was like the hunger games. Never experienced anything like it, totally shameful for thrifty/hertz and will never rent from them again

Cons:

The service is so slow that they only have one person working at a counter when there are three rental agencies. The line was very long, and they packed all of us in together, so they didn't care about social distancing or anything. It took forever to give us a car which Ford Focus and Chevy spark are not similar

Had to reschedule my flight but Thrifty wouldn't let me reschedule the car rental. I knew it was non-refundable but I didn't want a refund, I just wanted to push it back a few weeks. Total waste of $150, I'll never use Thrifty again.

I would like to request my money if possible I am going to call the credit card company to dispute it. I have reserved a Sedan but when I went to pick up the car they did not have a sedan for me. they gave me a dirty Jeep Wrangler, on top of that They charge me extra on that car. I had to spend over 200 dollars for the gas on that car in 2 days.

Ive never felt so ripped off from start to finish. $600 to rent a van for less than 24 hours is outrageous. All staff from budget O encountered was uncaring and unknowledgeable. 1 out of 10. Any other car rental company would be a better choice.

Rented a Lincoln premium car. When I got to the rental agency, they said they had none, but they could substitute for a premium SUV. SUV. Premium SUV was a Hyundai palisade. Worst car I've ever rented. My wife and I couldn't hardly hear ourselves talk over the road noise. Horrible car. Avoid avoid avoid

I like the fact that they dont charge for mileage and the van was clean but it rode like a tank ,maybe to much air in the tires and you couldnt open the sliding door on the passenger side and i love the easy return operation.This was my first time and i will rent again from enterprise because they always have vehicle available.Thank you

The vehicle REEKED of cigarette smoke. It also made some sort of odd sound when accelerating or slowing down. Finally, when picking up, I waited five minutes in line, at 10pm, just for a counter person to arrive.

I don’t understand why Enterprise won’t let you use a debit card unless you have a booked flight. How does it make sense that a credit card is better than a debit card? I did not have a credit card on me and had to book a flight on the spot just to be able to get my rental

Pros:

Car comfort was good with good features.

Cons:

Car was not thoughourily cleaned inside. Some misc wrappers,trash and someone's iPad case was left in my car rental. My biggest beaf with all national rental in Dulles is their car wash leave the car looking unclean. Either it uses way too much soap or the rinse doesn't work. must say this my first tainted experience with national.
