Pros:The staff was ok at pick up & drop off.Cons:1) Customer service availability should be a lot better than what it is. I needed instruction from customer service at 5:30am eastern time involving misgiven info from a reservations specialist regarding my drop off location open time so i dropped the car off at another location that just opened for the day since i couldn't wait for my location to open. Because i kept getting a recording saying customer service closed it costed me an extra $100.00 for drop the car off at another Thrifty location rather than leave it abandoned & be liable for it.Reviewed Oct 22 2020
