Pros:

I liked the size of the car and how clean it was

Cons:

I was unable to actually rent through them and they lied to my five multiple times, employees told me they were the only rental company who could take debit cards, and they also claimed to be the easiest one to use, but I went right down the street and the Avis people were far more helpful

The only things I didn’t like were the excess of air freshener in the car and the difficulty of figuring out cruise control, which I never did.

Cars ALWAYS dirty there. I have rented many cars from this location. The cars are always dirty on the outside and 3 times I have found trash in the inside of the vehicles. Floor mats missing, bad odors.

I reserved a minivan for a weekend getaway and they didn't have one available. I was told at the counter that that all vans were reserved for the last 3 weeks because of a big event. With that being said my trip was ruined. Do let people reserve a vehicle if you dont have any available its miss leading and can ruin a vacation

The first car to which I was assigned smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I had to go back to the counter and wait in line behind several other customers to ask to be assigned to another vehicle. The representative, while not very pleasant and certainly not apologetic, did give me another vehicle, which was not very clean. The vehicle (Ford Escape) performed fine and then the drop-off on return was quick and easy.

Horrifically shitty. I had to make a change to my reservation so I called Avis and was informed they can't change anything on my reservation and I'd have to go through Kayak where I'd made the reservation. I was never able to contact Kayak but found where the site said any changes to the reservation had to be done through the renting agency. Completely worthless, I cancelled the reservation being left no other choice and when trying to rebook the same day, prices had more than doubled. 100% unsatisfactory, I rebooked through another provider and will not be using Kayak in the future.

Pros:

Staff were efficient and friendly (if not very helpful when trying to make changes).

Cons:

I booked a compact car because I wanted a fuel-efficient compact car. What I GOT was an SUV. Wouldn't change my "upgrade" even though there were quite a few compact cars in the Avis lot.
