When I rented the car Alan the manager said the car had a full tank of gas, once I drove off and was 3 miles away I realized the car was only three quarters full. So I returned it full because it was stated that way but it was not.

Cons:

We received an email two days before pick up telling us to pick up at the WRONG location. We were directed to a Ford dealer (4th and US 1 Vero Beach.) They told us that Hertz left 2years ago! We had to drive to Vero Airport...a waste of a valuable hour... before had to drive to Palm Beach airport. Terrible! Hertz desk blamed this on the reseller. Someone is to blame and should fix it!

Pros:

It was a nice car

Cons:

Being in southern Florida where the temps were 82-85 degrees, having a car with a/c would’ve been ideal. I was better off getting a compact for half the cost if I knew it would have a/c

Update vehicle software. Include ice scraper even in Florida.
