Compact SUV

KAYAK
Worst ever. Agency was closed. Could not get a car. Almost impossible to reach by phone. The idiots leading Hertz need to understand that communication with customers is more important than reducing call center costs.

They booked the reservation for when they closed. We were there 5 minutes after closing and there was no one there. Ended up eating a $150 uber.
