The flight crew was good. I was delayed almost 3 hours and missed my connection, had to rebook and they lost my luggage

The plane left late and there were four gate changes. Fortunately they were all in the same terminal. The crew was truly outstanding. There were only nuts to eat due to the very short flight time. Beverages were as expected.

I don’t know why you’re sending me this. I never booked my flight through kayak. I booked it directly through American Airlines so please do not send me any information or any inquiries unless I book with kayak.

The boarding process, airplane, entertainment, beverages and crew were very good. But the food left a lot to be desired, especially for business class. I had a chicken breast that was tough and rubbery, with little flavor. It wasn't even up to the proverbial "banquet chicken" standards. Very disappointing. There was only one offering of bread, OK, not a huge deal, but it's a nice touch to be offered more. Similarly, other airlines' crews come by to offer more drinks, though the crew responded when asked. Good flight overall, but the food just wasn't up to the standards you'd expect.

Flight was delayed 2.5 hours at the start. They kept saying mechanical issues and changed gates several times. Then when we landed, they kept us on the tarmac for 1 hr because they didnt have gate staff to pull out a bridge. Its insane that they cannot have 2-3 people to operate a bridge for a flight with 100 people? Then the baggage claim, bags took over 45 minutes to arrive. All in all, I was scheduled to arrive at 6:30 PM local time and I didn't leave the airport till 10:40 PM local time. Its a shame and makes me never want to fly American again.
