Cons: Landing late to Chicago almost cost me my connection so I was stressed and could not eat due to limited time in between. The airline didn't notify us of being late to Chicago until I was on plane. We were told it was on time. Very disappointing..

Cons: The original flught flight was delayed and we had to wait in a long slow line, however , once we got to desk , the agent was very nice and we had already been rebooked on an Alaska flight. So we never ended up going to Phoenix. The resolution was acceptable but it made for a 12 hour travel day instead of a 4 hour travel day.

Pros: Seats and layout was updated. More room in economy. Staff was personable 3 bathrooms in economy rather than just 2.
