Cons: I managed to book one of the best seats on the plane....not sure how I did it but I will do it again!!!

Pros: Michael sr and Jaylyn was amazing. They are very friendly and made my flights the best. I flew from Detroit to Atlanta, Atlanta to Orlando on 5/13.

Cons: Honestly offer one free bottle water during the flight. 2 hour or longer flight. The ones who dont carry bank or credit cards can't get water.

Cons: Not much really- perhaps train the flight attendant la that when the plain is less the 1/3 occupied it is not necessary to move people around for weight and balance purpose. They should be trained enough to understand what and when it is important to stay right in that assigned correct seat

Pros: The crew was very kind and helpful

Cons: Plane was 45 minutes behind schedule, boarding, take off and arrival. Has to walk miles from gate to ground transportation at midnight when airport seemed dead.

Pros: Since our flight was delayed since 3:23 to 11:30pm, due to mechanical issues and other stuff outside of their control, the stewardesses gave us free drinks and snacks

Cons: I will definitely bring a shoulder pillow next time I fly with Fronteir. Their seats don't recline and they are not padded for longer flights.

Pros: Seat - non-adjustable. Hard but survivable for 3 hours. A320 equip

Cons: Time of day was not good - but you can't control THAT. Roudy passengers (group of 3 men in 20's) behind us - musta be (legal in Colorado) 'chemically enhanced' - uncomfortably LOUD.

Pros: Definitely the price. Boarding process was pretty quick. Flight attendants seemed nice.

Cons: Left a little late, but still arrived on time, so that was okay. Seats aren't the most comfortable, but that's expected. Was still able to get a little nap in.

Cons: Original flight was canceled and I had to find another way back to Tampa as this flight was 30 hours after the original flight.

Cons: The female staff at the desk where the luggage is dropped and boarding passes are issued was very rude. A little smile makes a difference vs being rude to customers. Apparently she needed to know that she is getting paid because customers like us choose to fly AA or BA

Pros: Crew was great, seat very comfy with good legroom.

Pros: crew were great. free snacks with lots of variety. Great assortment of films available.

Cons: Flight was significantly delayed with no real clarity when the final departure time would be.

Pros: Gate agents were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the extra effort made.

Cons: It's shady to accept payments for the tv's for a less than one hour long travel time. No one expects entertainment on a short flight, but when the plane comes with it, it would go a long way to override the required payment. Especially on a delayed flight on the first night of the NCAA tournament. Nickel and diming is TACKY in general, but especially from a huge company that really has price gouged the tv access to begin with.

Cons: Spirit airlines charges extra for practically everything. Almost comical. Example: My seat back tray was a tiny postage stamp, compared to the normal tray tables for most other rows. Why? Because I declined to pay extra for the privilege of an assigned seat. Oh, and the flight was 3 hours delayed.

Cons: Spirit airlines is a joke. The seats are very uncomfortable, and they do not recline. Torturous.

Cons: Never have I ever traveled with frontier and had so many flight adjustments... felt like the plane ticket wasn’t worth what I bought for and it ruined a lot of my plans during my stay. I ended up losing $120 dollars due to missing a concert.

Pros: The crew was nice and the boarding process was simple.

Cons: Offering complimentary snack and a drink would have made it the best.

Cons: No ridiculous bag fees.

Cons: Could have been on time. Missed connection. Spirit blamed weather and rebooked me next day 24 hours later. No meals or hotel took 3 hours to learn that I was on my own. Don't use Spirit not worth it.

Cons: Not sure the point of flying the "no frills" airlines. It certainly wasn't cheap and no carry on and plastic seats makes we wished I booked Delta.

Cons: They did not have enough people to push wheelchairs at Mac Arthur airport. My husband had to push me & since we don’t know the airport we had to ask every step we went, they had no signs leading the way.

Cons: I was not expecting to la d at the south terminal. I am glad I didn’t have to connect to another flight as it took over 40 mins to get my luggage and take the shuttle to the main terminal. Otherwise the flight was fine

Cons: Boarding not clear over overhead. 2 flights boarding at same time, both through spirit made things confusing for passengers. Speaker not loud and clear.

Pros: Absolutely nothing was positive about this experience. The flight was delayed over 5 hours. The communication was atrocious and inconsistent. Absolutely no attempt was made to remedy what is the worst customer service experience that I’ve had in a very long time.

Cons: Everything. I ended up rebooking myself on a significantly more expensive flight on a different airline. The experience was terrible at every level- the gate, the airport, and the customer service line.

Pros: Their flights are always delayed. They have some pretty old flights and they always get broke before the take off and they have to do some maintenance before take off. Not going to fly again with them.

Pros: We had about a 45 minute weather delay but those things can't be helped. The Captain kept us informed and he flew like superman getting us through all that crazy wind coming into Las Vegas. The plane was new and clean, the crew was great. Love that wide aisle...it eliminates that sardine feeling!!

Pros: The crew on my flight it self did a great job but comfort is not there. I don’t think I’ll fly with Frontier anymore. It’s not worth the hassle.

Cons: The experience was aweful, simple language purchase took me two days to get. 1 days of stress figuring out how to buy my carry online. 45 min wait to talk to someone. The good thing was the call center representative was patient and help me out, if not for her I would’ve have to spend more than $650

Cons: Frontier has problems with all of their flights I think , not just the one I was on . I fly them only when I have too , meaning no one else fly's that route or is just way too expensive . Sometimes they tell you they are delayed , other times you find out at the gate , then sit and wait .

Pros: I really liked the crew, they were super nice and cheerful.

Cons: No entertainment available like past flights have been on. I brought a book though, so it was fine!

Pros: Exceptional price on a direct PDX-SFO flight at $66 roundtrip. USB outlets at all seats I could see. Looked to have a good selection of in-flight entertainment available to stream to personal devices (phones, tablets, etc) Staff were low-key.

Cons: Basic fare: no reserved seats, only personal item. Like United (but not Alaska/Delta) require desk check-in at airport!! No online check-in/mobile boarding pass, and *limited agent hours* Lame. Buy-up reserved seat (fee) Stupid policy for passengers, extra work for staff.

Pros: Crew was amazing, and the boarding was VERY quick!

Cons: Terrible delays. Charged me $400 for canceling the flight although it’s their mistake for delays. Then i booked Sun Country flight and didn’t make it. They harmed me $200 and gave me vouchers. Spent $1600 in one day to make it to my destination. Horrible experience.

Pros: No leg room & very misbehaved children sitting behind me. The children screamed the whole time, kicked our seats, and the mother had no control. If you are any taller than 5’9”, you may want to consider an exit row seat to have room for your legs. My knees were jammed in to the seat in front of me.

Pros: Over all it was easy. Easy boarding. Flight arrived a little early. Very little hassle.

Cons: I didn't thing the recline would be a big deal for me but it's just a little uncomfortable. There is no extra room between see a on the same row, and now leaning of any sort. I don't think I would fly with them for a longer flight.

Pros: Friendly flight attendants, on-time flight, simple boarding process.

Cons: Seat didn't recline which makes sleeping tough.

Cons: Flight was delayed, then we were stuck on the plane for an hour, had to get off the plane, was told it would be an hour, then 5 minutes and back on the plane-only to sit there for another hour!! And we were refused any snacks or beverages-even when we said we would pay!
