Pros: I sat with nice people and was happy each seat had a screen but of coarse it didn't work

Cons: Seat and foot room was extremely cramped , and I'm 5"4 115 lbs, seat was horribly stiff and uncomfortable , the entertainment system broke throughout the plane an hour into flight, you never saw crew in less they were serving food, it was very very load , it was a pretty awful experience and I'm not looking forward to the flight home at all

Pros: The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected.

Cons: The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start.

Cons: Unwashed pillow and blankets, stains on the pillow

Pros: Good flight, really good new A380 aircraft, smooth nearly all the way, usual small seating space as on All airlines

Cons: Had the boarding queues setup and when they got to group 5 they flipped the sign and those of us in front had to go in the back. Once we were in the main queue they opened the 5-9 queue for some privileged traveler and then left it open allowing the back of the queue to become the front.

Pros: Some of the flight attendants were helpful, some were not. The movie selection was good.

Cons: The Food was not fully warmed, seats were uncomfortable. The boarding process did not seem organized.

Cons: After boarding the door was closed and the jet way was moved back. 5 minutes later they said they were going to bring the jet way back and open door to let more people on board. They broke 2 FAA regulations by doing this and we were delayed an hour because Deltas computer would not allow this.

Pros: Cabin much too hot and no air circulation until just before pushback. Ack!!

Cons: Free refreshments. Early travelers need at least coffee or tea. Especially when they have connecting flights and no time to stop and get a proper meal.

Cons: The seat was very uncomfortable. There were only two beverage services, at meal times, and the water pours were maybe 4oz. After 8 hours, I was pretty thirsty.

Cons: As we landed we had to wait on the plane for an hour and a half because another plane (Spirit) was in our “parking spot.” This made it very difficult for people and connecting flights.

Pros: The flight arrived a few minutes early.

Cons: The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor.

Cons: I booked tickets via Delta, operated by KLM. They lost both of my check in bags in September, and it happened again today for the same scheduled flights. Had 4 hours of layover and KLM still wasn’t able to manage it.

Pros: Nothing... terrible experience. I’m 6’.3” tall absolutely no legroom. I verything was for sale during the 9 hours flight. Not even some free water. The cabin crew members were unfriendly.... nasty!

Cons: This airline need to go out of business ASAP.... very poor customer service.

Pros: Price for the flight was nice from NYC - JFK to London for me. Useful to have budget airlines for further distances, if you don't mind missing large chunks of basic amenities. Bathrooms on this flight were more clean and nicer than most flights I've been on too.

Cons: I did not like the extremely long and inefficient way they board onto planes. They say they are starting to board and then we waited over 20 minutes just to hear who was going to board first. Then they ask for rows 18-28, leaving out the rows 29-36 or something like that, which created an extremely long and late boarding process. Once they started boarding people it was a giant mess in the waiting area and of course, once people have their ticket scanned, then you continue to wait in a long line past the kiosk for another 10 minutes. Getting Food, drink, and even the Customs Form was really inefficient -- the person with the forms walked quickly down the aisle and missed me because he was looking at the other side and not checking with each aisle like most flight attendents would. I ended up getting my customs form taking it from the drink cart when it was sticking out.

Pros: Plane was modern and well equipped with entertainment. The in flight movies were spot on.

Cons: I would pay more for 1.) Better Food 2.) Friendlier staff... staff is untrained and not really very welcoming. They treat you like you are in their way! 3.) Better seats. Seats aren't bad but not super comfortable for long flight. BA and Virgin used to be great but they are both dropping off. Norwegian is a far better deal but it might see more business if it works on the above.

Pros: Simple morning flight. Not at all full. Left on time, arrived early. Plane was new. Crew was happy. What more does one need? They were beta testing a new WiFi service. Free, but not yet ready for prime time.

Pros: Everyone was friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Upon arrival in Delhi our suitcase handle was broken.

Cons: Pre-boarding drinks could have been offered to all business class customers, but again, the flight attendants with American aren’t as customer service oriented as those from Delta.

Cons: I had window seats on all flights and was boarded after those in middle/aisle seats 3 out of 4 times. Less legroom in the cheap seats. High whining pitch on speaker during announcements on last leg.

Cons: No food except cookies and salty crisps in first clsss. There was ample time for a full breakfast.

Pros: Loved the staff. As far as my experience flying Iberia for the first time is concerned, the the staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was not bad either as it was pretty good and included many beverage options. Would like to see how they do for flights lasting longer than 8 hours. Mine was only about 5 and a half hours from Madrid to Tel Aviv.

Cons: Booked through a service so didn't know no food or water free on a trans-Atlantic flight. Flight "boarded" 1.5 hrs before the take-off time. We were connecting, so rushed to the gate without food or water. Then just sat in a locked area. Only sandwich available on flight--7 Euros. Water was 3E.

Pros: The plane was super nice and new.

Cons: Plane took off 2 hours late while we all sat on the plane with no water. They also ran out of food so there was nothing to eat. The crew sounded like they had no idea what was going on, kept giving these updates— and then going back on what they said earlier. So disorganized and hot on that plane.
