It was good, plane is a bit older so seats are somewhat flat
Copa stranded us ans then tried to charge us thousands to leave Panama.

Horrible food. No wine or any other alcohol is served on the flight. Water is not served often and they refused when I asked for water in two cups. On the other hand, both going and coming back flights were on time.

The plane doesn’t have screens but you can use your decide for entertainment. Pack a snack too since they don’t offer any, and the meal is pretty small and you will get hungry

It was first time fling in copa airline. In general I am satisfied except bag size. I got a email from copa with 17-10-6 for carry on bag. In airport the check in show 22-14-10 . However that mistake means $100,00 in over cost.
On the trip to Rosario, we raw dogged it for 7 hours. No wifi, no charging outlets, Gilbert girls on every third row monitor with no audio. It was better on the return flight—at least we had screens and earplugs.

Free wifi was available, but only some time, being at least 30 minutes into the flight. it would have been better that an announcement had been made about the delay.
We were not offered anything to drink in business class during the boarding process.
When I'm on a 5hr 22 minute flight I expect food to be purchased. Especially when American makes a very tight connection time where u have to run to make the long flight. Chips and nuts are unacceptable and being told you should be in first class to get a meal is also unacceptable. I didn't change the flight times American Airlines did.
Flight was delayed taking off over 2 hours. Original plane was taken out of service and replaced. They didn’t tell us they were replacing plane until after original takeoff time had past. No power on new plane to charge devices. When eventually landing at destination no gate was available waited 1 hour for new gate. No Americans finest hour.
My seat was horrible. I think it was broken in several places. Other than that, the crew was great and the plane was clean
rushed onto the plane by inpatient staff just to sit on the taxiway just want to add, the flight out of Philadelphia and into Fort Worth Texas was terrible. canceled twice because of non-existent weather, and delayed.
The flights were terribly delayed and then cancelled which forced us booking another night at the hotel. Very poor management from American Airlines
Crew was late. Baggage was late. 2hs inside the plane waiting fro de-icing and traffic. A 3:30hs flight ended up being almost 6hs inside the airplane.
The drinks selection could be improved some. I like the fact that I can pick my seat and get upgraded fairly ofter.
Checking in at the counter was very disappointing. The lady had a very bad attitude and smart at me. She had no smile, did not greet me by name, or acknowledge me as a valued customer. Poor reflection of the airline.
Terrible, We had to stay in Bogota for two days due to weather but the airline did not provide for the same day flight. Only two days later
We did not know about the bag fees until check in. They are way too high. It’s insane. We also had a huge delay and everything costed extra which was very annoying.
COP 7,000 for a cup of mediocre coffee. I thought I was on Spirit Airlines for a minute. Otherwise the flight was fine. Nothing exceptional to report.
Overpriced checked bag price of $120 and they charge you for carryon if the size is not minimal of $120.
They charged me $120 to check one bag and then charged me another $120 for a carryon. Ridiculous!

Felt very cramped in the back of plane. There was an hour delay for take off sitting on the runway, but we did arrive on time. They charge $120 for carry on bag and backpack at the airport its ridiculous.
I was surprised that they didn’t offer drinks at least even though it was an international flight.
Same experience, very poor food, drinks or entertainment while flying. There are some products offered to buy but only using debit or credit cards . No friendly for seniors or people without cards.
Avíanca now has cero entertainment, food and even water for their travels in economy. We spend all 6 or more hours ignored or we are offered products to buy using only credit card .
No leg room AT all extremely uncomfortable flight water even cost 5 dollars
This was my first experience with Spirit. The flight was originally delayed because of mechanical problems. There was a major storm moving through our area later in the day. Spirit kept changing the gate and taking the plane for other flights. They did this 6 times until we left 7 hours later, right at the worse time. I am sure it is because they originally delayed the flight through their fault. They would have had to pay for everybody's hotel and later flight. It was a money decision. The pilot did an exceptional job flying and landing the plane in horrific weather. It was one of the roughest and shakiest landings that I have ever done in my extensive flying experience. I just can never go through this discount BS again. Spirit gave us a $30 voucher each for next travel and a $12 meal voucher... but that's nothing compared to sitting in an airport for 7 hours.
Seats were comfortable but dont recline at all. Checkin online was easy but didnt provide a gate until last minute. Flight attendants were very unkind, not friendly and didnt go over safety procedures in case of a crash. No free snacks or beverages, not even water.
Good crew and safe. However, comfort and being nickeled-and-dimed are my issues. $75 each way for luggage is exhortation. The space to the next seat is so close you cannot open a laptop. The magazine rack doesn’t hold your items. Not a fan.
The booking was cancelled the next day. Spirit Airlines refunded Kayak cheapflay the full amount, but I was only refunded half. Costumer service is disgusting. Be careful. You can lose your money.
Kayak never booked my flight, I have received notifications the entire time the fights were to be used I went to the airport to find out despite receiving these emails to board my flight was never booked only to have to return home and miss the event I was scheduled for, inconvenient and devastating to say the least, customer service was very poor to only explain that my card had not been charged so that I shouldn’t worry. Yea great for you to say being that your not inconvenienced.

This flight went flawlessly. I don’t like thei no adjustment seats and them charging for water… but they’re a discount airline so I guess it’s to be expected
Spirit airlines was extremely uncomfortable. The seats were hard.. the constant up selling (from lack of food or even water to $15 for wi fi ) was annoying. Not a recommended airlines
Spirit moved the departure time by 45 minutes to an unacceptably early time. I wrote multiple times canceling the reservation and received no reply or refund.
