A lot things happened in this trip.The fly should be less stress.
The flight was good overall. Everything went smoothly, although the landing was a bit rough. Still, it was a pleasant experience
I always enjoy flying Copa. There are very few airlines where I can enjoy a comfortable sleep in-flight. The snacks weren't the best, but they sufficed. The in-flight entertainment was fantastic, and I crossed another movie off my watch list.
Very strict carry on rules meant most of the plane had to gate check their luggage. As is often the case had things that were broken because of this, but I appreciated not being charged to gate check. Otherwise good flight and great crew once on the plane
Some of the Air hostesses are not that friendly. Need improvement
Boarding was quick & efficient; they gave boarding groups due priority; staff & air crew were very cordial and helpful, pleasant flight.
As always, Copa Airlines is great to fly on. The flights are always on time, the staff are pleasant and helpful and it's always a wonderful flying experience.
Cops Airlines is fantastic! The level of care and professionalism provided by the entire crew was top rate.
We had a great flight just wished they had a tv so we can see a movie that would of made my trip excellent.

The seats are the worst I upgraded to premium big mistake and it seems like no one likes there job very unpleasant

I was originally scheduled on AA 1763. When I landed in Miami, I went to the counter for flight AA 2115 to try to move my flight to this one. I was in a first class seat on AA 1763. While they moved to me this flight, I was told that there were no other 1st class seats available and they assigned me into coach. However, when I was getting off the plane I noticed that one of the pilots who was also in line to go jump seat - somehow miraculously got a 1st class seat on this flight. It is actually infuriating that I had a paid 1st class seat yet somehow they would move an AA employee ahead of that. At a bare minimum, they should have compensated me for the fare difference and I really think paying customers should ALWAYs get the premiere seats.
Wish they didnt delay off-boarding for 10 minutes so i could connect to my flight from miami to tampa
We experienced gate changes and a long delay. My seat was dirty when I boarded and I had to use wipes to clean it myself. There was an unpleasant and overpowering cleaning product scent on the plane as well that lingered through the flight.
Original flight was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. Cancelation notice was sent in the middle of the night (only saw it in the morning), leaving no room to find other options. No offers to reimburse for the extra expenses or compensations. My flight to Rio on 12/12 was also delayed for 16 hours. This seems to be the new normal for AA.
Attendants were pleasant and the flight was smooth and relaxed.
I like how the crew and pilot kept us updated Even though our flight was slightly delayed. We made up time for it in the air. I really did enjoy my seat and amenities and my trip and value overall.
Delays to take off and to leave the plane after landing added a lot of time to this flight.
It was a red eye flight, so no meals were provided, but it was fine with snacks. The seats felt cramped and almost too narrow.
The delayed flight was awful and moving the departure gate twice was annoying
Flight from Miami to Lima was very good, like the free WiFi to get movies and TV.
Avianca has transitioned from full service legacy airline to "low cost" but has now became a strange hybrid (minimum leg space, started offering business class in domestic flights again, charges passenger for printing boarding pass, etc.). National and international coverage and destinations are really wide but service is not at its best

Boarding was late due to the company’s that cleaned the aircraft (very poorly done) and the catering company. The entertainment system was not working for this six hour flight, uncomfortable seats in business (barely any cushion or recline). The airline staff is very good but the planes are horrible and not well maintained.
Last seat of Bussines Class it does recline but passenger seating behind kept pushing since they did not have space once my seat was reclined
I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.
I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline
6 hour flight and have to pay for everything 100 dollars to add a carry-on bag is insane

I didn't have a flight because of a ticking problem that was discovered at the airport at checkin for the initial flight of the round trip.
Flight was delayed would have liked it to have been on time. I didn't experience the food or entertainment but the boarding process was smooth and the flight crew worked well together and did a great job!

I know Spirit gets a lot of criticism, but I've taken three flights recently and all were very good, and tremendous value. On my most recent one, they randomly assigned me to a very comfortable exit row seat! The flight was on time and the boarding process was smooth, and the crew was friendly. No complaints!
My experience with spirit was horrible I had to spend a extra $100 to check in my bag when I already purchased my ticket even when I got to my gate to get my seat the attendant didnt say anything until I was boarding the plane..also to make matters worst I been flying from Florida to New york and Florida to Atlanta often this was my 4th trip to Atlanta with the same bag and never had this problem till yesterday so im extremely upset and I wasnt even giving a reason for the change the attendant just gave a attitude and wouldn't answer me at all

Second time in 3 days I walked off the plane late. This time - almost an hour.
I've flown two Spirit flights recently - boarding for one was somewhat chaotic, with the board listing the wrong flight and causing much confusion; boarding for the other was very smooth and easy. My seat (for which I did not pay extra) was a bit narrow and without great legroom, but it was fine for a NY-Florida trip and was more than worth the low price I paid. The crew was friendly and one flight landed early and the other was only very slightly delayed. All in all a very good experience.
Spirit sucks. Horrible employees in Medellín. Never again. I hope this company goes out of business completely.
