Perfect flight both ways. On time, courteous staff, plane comfortable and cool. Best domestic flights I’ve had in awhile.
Really low quality food especially for an international flight. The crew also was surprisingly unpleasant except couple of ladies. I know we were not in first class but that’s no reason to treat customers as less.
Flight delayed for two and half hours and then canceled altogether due to mechanical issues. No mechanic onsite to fix so had to send one from LAX.
My experience on any Delta flight is always overshadowed by the time Delta removed me from a flight for no apparent reason.
There was no problems, just a little uncomfortable with seats that do not lay back a little
Delta is my preferred airline. I've traveled with them for years. On time in most cases, good communication, easy to use app. Most planes are pretty nice. I was on a CRJ 700/900 however, which was pretty badly aged inside and needed a refresh. No infotainment, unreliable wifi, best to download before boarding or bring a book. Food choices are really just snacks on this flight, nice variety but about what you'd expect. Great staff and prompt in departure and early arrival too. Overall quite satisfied.
A little bumpy ride . No food was being provided due the the turbulence. That was ok it was a short flight to my standards.
Boarding in Amsterdam is always chaotic. KLM/ Delta has not streamlined or made it efficient as it was boarding in Detroit . The food was mediocre The crew was unfriendly and more focused on getting things done quickly rather than service with a smile .
Lower number on this flight so spaced out passengers. Able to enjoy more room to relax during flight. It was lovely.
Broken jer bridge. Poor communication about it. Lost 2 of 4 luggage pieces

The delayed flight was awful and moving the departure gate twice was annoying

American airlines suck they delay the flights all the time made me sleep in an airport because my flight was delayed and I miss my connecting flight
There's nothing I liked about it. For first off I scheduled this trip two weeks in advance then they delayed my flight which messed up my whole trip. So I scheduled it for the following weekend thinking there won't be a delay and guess what as soon as I got to the airport we said in the airplane on the tarmac for an hour and a half. Not only was it delayed I missed my connecting flight meaning I had to stay the night at Dallas-Fort Worth airport sleeping on the floor. I will tell you this I will never fly American airlines ever again I have had nothing but horrible experience with them and I just throw money at them
The stewardess hit me with the food kart twice on the head and didn't say I'm sorry once. The same stewardess gave me a warm Apple Juice with No ice. The Flight was delayed for Departure 6 times, starting from 2:36pm, finally taking off 7:50pm. I was late picking up my child from the sitter by 3 hours.
Having to reschedule flights a day later, they loaded by luggage on the wrong plane from Little rock now I have to HOPE they deliver it to where im staying like they said would. International flight crew was very disgruntled and not very friendly.
We will be writing a long, detailed letter to corporate about our awful experience with American airlines.
It took way too long to diagnose and solve the problem of a broken crew member cabin seat. Though compensation for the volunteer who left the flight was very kind.
No frills - because you get what you pay for. The crew was amazing!! I had plenty of room to spread out because the flight was half full. Which made it easy to sleep.
I think the staff was nice. They took time to explain safety protocols. Boarding was great. They started early and our flight left a little early which was convenient. Having free games to play would have been better
One restroom was unavailable/closed on both routes, going to Charlotte and coming back to Detroit a week later.
it was a quick trip. seats aren't that comfortable but because it was a quick trip it was ok. You need to have an N/A in your rating as I didn't have any food or entertainment so the only thing I could do was score low.

I paid for streaming wifi and the connection was poor.
Bad experience. Unhappy with the changing of flight times and one particular flight attendant (Bartholomew) on our flight from Orlando to Detroit. Traveling with a large family of 7, including our 18 month old, can be arduous but when the airline changes your flight time from landing at 9:30 pm to landing after midnight, this becomes much more difficult. When our 18 month old was predictably over tired and fussy, my wife and I tried to move to an open row so we can console her more effectively. The flight attendent rebuked us and said we could not sit in an exit row. We were not planning on sitting there for more than a few minutes but just to have space to console our screaming 18 month old. Spirit did not allow for a family friendly trip. Likely will be choosing a different airline next time.
Pl meed tp make proper accom for all pets and owners by placing them on a section to accommodate human animal allergies and give up a few seats YWS ACCOMMODATIONS SHOULD BE MADEBY THE AIRLINES and not pushed off to another paying customer that has to sit in fear or by being touched by someone elses animal.
For a round trip ticket costing US$460 extra, I did not get priority boarding, hence people took my overhead luggage space, the steward almost threatened me when I told him to remove the suitcase that was there. Airport staff in USA and Colombia, are NOT flexible or helpful when you pay extra, and look away or walk away when you want a correction. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: Ads say "wine and dine" when you pay extra, NOT AT ALL!!! you get ONE alcoholic drink, ONE soda, and as much popcorn and/or nuts as dinner on a long trip. MORE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: out of 4 legs on my trip ONLY TWO had WiFi, and there is NO movies nor magazines on board, so why do you ask about entertainment? ... If it was not for the fact that you are the only choice for trips to many destinations from Newark Airport, I would never fly with you! ... How about a refund for the extra money paid to make my trip bearable, was, in some ways worse than if I had just flew coach! ... YOU ARE BANKRUPT, DO BETTER, EARN RESPECT AND TRUST
