Baggage handling was very poor Arrived in a later flight and spent over an hour then inquired about my baggage and then filed the claim Agent already new that my baggage is not coming in the same flight we’re on !!! Finally two bags were delivered after 1 am
Jetblue didn't take care of our flight, they didn't care that we were traveling with a 2 year and month old baby and they bounced us to Delta and almost didn't ride us. They don't care about families.

She even gave some of us a tour of the galleys and taught us a few things about Mosaic customers as well as a few other operational things. I didn’t catch the other flights attendants names as they covered more of the back of the plane but they were both insanely hospitable and it was very clear that they loved their jobs as they were having fun. The women who checked us in also accommodated is with Even More Space seats after knowing we were crew members!"

The gentleman’s seat was one row ahead but decided since there was an empty seat in our row he would sit with his girlfriend. The couple smelled of alcohol, not sure if they were served with more than one alcoholic beverage but it made the flight very uncomfortable. Even with my earphones on at a higher level I could still hear them."

I'm all for planes not breaking upon reentry, but the fact that the two flights were both subsequently delayed 4-5 hours each instead of bringing in a sub plane was inconsiderate. Now I've got a long drive home and I'll only get an hour of sleep before a 14-hour work day. So thanks for that, JetBlue"

On top of missing 2 work days because of their business decisions, everyone beginning their journey from Bogotá were considered "locals", thus creating a very tense situation with employees with lots of arguing and unprofessional behavior. Finally they agreed to accommodate everyone at the hotel, getting there after 7pm. 2 full days lost! Why do they offer flight frequency if they won't honor it? People make plans around their purchase, but they just don't give a damn. Will do my best to avoid this airline in the future and will not recommend it to anyone."

Flight was delayed 45-minutes.
Check in was too slow!!! We got early at the counter but sinde check in take so much time. We were just in time at the gate. Check in on web or mobile doesn’t work.. the flight goto off on time and came as scheduled.
Volaris is the worst aerolines ever, they’re stuff it’s helpless, they don’t even how to take care of clients. Will NEVER use them again!!
My Spanish is weak and it was a problem when their website glitched and duplicated one of my passenger’s names. Customer service was poor to correct it.
