Boarding and baggage.

This was a long non-stop flight from Miami to Denver. Over 4 hours. So I took the plunge and bought first class. I always fly first class on any flight over 2 hours. However, I was disappointed. The food was so-so and insufficient. The drinks were also not enough. The video displays were small and poorly located for the movie. The seats seemed uncomfortable. All and all I have come to expect a better experience from American Airlines in First Class. The ticket was expensive.

I hope I never fly American again!!! We were supposed to leave at 2.pm, but dud not until 11 pm. The AA customer service staff wanted to charge me $ for my carry on! We missed our connection of course! Had to wait 2 hrs at next airport for a hotel. Did receive food vouchers and luggage was checked in right away (good thing). But overall ridiculous! Missed an entire day due to AA not having another plain? Or not finding another way to put passengers in other flights.

Customer treatment and lack of interest on custmer satisfaction. The Denver staff was changed so often they had no clue about customers needs and it was all about making the bucks for the airline.

Everything. Never flying with Frontier ever again. Deboarding was a huge issue. The ramp should have been ready to go as soon as the plane landed. And if there was a mechanical issue where the power AND oxygen was going to be cut off they should have let people off. A pregnant lady should not have to worry about having enough oxygen for herself and her growing child in her uterus.

Crew was nice and friendly. Pilots flew great. We arrived a few mins early as well.

On the way to Denver from Miami we were on a nice new AA plane with TV entertainment, movies, power, and comfortable seats. On the way from Denver to Miami we were on an old plane with no entertainment and old uncomfortable seats. If this is going to be the case, charge me less up front as well. My daughter had a terrible time for a 4 hour flight.

This was my first trip on Frontier in many years, and I've heard a number of complaints as they've become more value oriented. I generally don't travel with the "value" airlines so as to avoid the hassle of paying for all of the add-ons that were once just a part of the flight. In this case, my expectations weren't high, and we chose this flight primarily for the timing out of Denver (i.e. it was not a red-eye flight). We paid for the "perks" bundle ahead of time. We were checking bags, and I'd definitely recommend that route to select one of the roomier seats and to have the carry-on included. Ultimately, the price ended up being slightly less expensive than our other airline options for this trip. I have no complaints about the staff at check-in in Denver or on the flight. Everyone was nice and the entire process went smoothly with the exception of having to put my carry-on many rows behind me in order to find overhead space. (It feels like more a slight because you have to pay for that "privilege" to begin with.) The roomier seats were a good choice. I don't think any seats recline, but they were fairly comfortable. For some, perhaps that's a perk because you don't need to worry about the person in front of you leaning all the way back.

You need to pay for a standard/regular beverage and a snack, and at $2.99 per can of soda that's pretty steep. If you purchase an "adult beverage" you get a discount on the mixer, but it still adds up. Snacks are similarly priced. I don't use the in-flight entertainment very often, but I did not notice this option being offered (e.g. via WiFi to your phone or tablet) so bring something to keep yourself occupied. The slim line seat was fairly comfortable for me (about 5'-7", 150 lbs.). I don't mind the firmer feel to the seats, but the seats not reclining may be an issue for some. The crew could control the location of overhead items a bit better especially since you're paying for them to be on board.

Breakfast was quite good, rest of the food was maximum average like on the other Delta flights I flew on this travel.

The seats in business class are horrible in flat bed mode. The crew did not pay much attention, was quite bored, not well organized, service was less than average. They forgot the coffee for breakfast although they had only to care for 8 people.

This was my first trip on Frontier in many years, and I've heard a number of complaints as they've become more value oriented. Crew was nice

Fast boarding, on time.

My flight was a redeye, and there was no sleep to be had. The seat are super uncomfortable. The crew made unnecessary noise slamming cupboards shut; and, turned on all the lights when they were handing out food. At least one of the other attendants turned off the seating lights after a minute or 2. Furthermore, they charge you for seats and extra bags. Could have gone with a better airline for comparable price.

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
