Cons: Everything. Never flying with Frontier ever again. Deboarding was a huge issue. The ramp should have been ready to go as soon as the plane landed. And if there was a mechanical issue where the power AND oxygen was going to be cut off they should have let people off. A pregnant lady should not have to worry about having enough oxygen for herself and her growing child in her uterus.

Frontier is a deceitful airline, they didn't tell us that the bags were SO expensive, usually an airline gives you some bag for free, nope! Carry on and checked luggage cost a ton of money. Not to mention you have to pay for seats, which is expensive! If you're travelling with someone and you don't pay for seats and you wait until the end to be assigned then you won't end up sitting beside the person you're travelling with and I must tell you the response I got from them was that they're busy and they have no time to deal with this. Then there is the flight crew, through the flight all I could hear is the flight crew talking about how they are on a waiting list and something about becoming a full attendant and every other word was accompanied by a bad word. I would file for a refund if I thought that would get me anywhere. Sorry Kayak I like you but from now on I'll be going direct to American Airlines. By the way! The CEO of Frontier is the former CEO of spirit...That alone should tell you stay AWAY.

Cons: You get what you pay for. Small seats. Charge for water! No in flight entertainment. The check in system is highly inefficient; you use the kiosk to print a boarding pass and then have to stand in line forever to drop your bag.

You have to pay for any additional option, which is OK for me, cause don't need any extra service rather than the transportation. Recommended for saving some bucks and expended on your vacation trip.

Cons: The flight was delayed over 3 hours while we waited for a pilot to show up. There is a charge for everything including water or switching to a vacant seat after take-off. An elderly woman became dehydrated and nearly collapsed during the flight. She was moved to the seat next to me where there was an entire empty row. I spent the last 30 minutes of my flight trying to assist her. I am a medical professional and am certain that she was dehydrated. The seats do not recline.

Cons: Gate checked baggage took forever to be brought to the jetway. I’ve been on several UA flights. It seems to be a major problem with UA and their contractors. They don’t load bags quickly.

Cons: They wanted,discharge me $40 dollars for a carry-on, let's just start there. So in addition to whatever I would have paid to check a bad now carry on items are 40 bucks? Get real. Next there's the issue of the flight itself which was horrible. The seats were no better than plastic folding seats you would buy at target and about as comfortable. Frontier's idea of first class is what every other airline would call coach. There is so little leg room or room in front of you that I couldn't lay my head down on the tiny little excuse for a folding tray. Additionally none of the chairs leaned back. Not that they could as you would be in the lap of the person behind you.so I had to sleep on a red eye for 4 hours sitting straight up on hard plastic, crammed into a row like sardines. I will never fly frontier again.

The crew made unnecessary noise slamming cupboards shut; and, turned on all the lights when they were handing out food. At least one of the other attendants turned off the seating lights after a minute or 2. Furthermore, they charge you for seats and extra bags. Could have gone with a better airline for comparable price.

Cons: If there could have been some sort of service at DTW to take customers to the gate of their connecting flight, for cases of really short time window of course, it’d be extremely helpful.

Cons: The boarding process at LAX was awful. I’m sure the horrible shuttle wait and transfer from terminal to terminal is the airport’s fault, but the airline did not do anywhere near enough to inform passengers of what was in store. It was confusing and annoying.

Cons: One of the movies I chose to watch on the built-in screen kept pausing/skipping, making the video out of sync from the sound, causing me to rewind the movie a lot to get the sound and video synced up again.

Cons: United is consistently late and unhelpful with addressing travel delays. The first leg of my flight was delayed which would have caused me to miss my connection. United staff could not have been less helpful. In the future, I will try to avoid flying United wherever possible.

Cons: Transfer from international (T5) to T1 at O'Hare is very unpleasant..Generally O'Hare is a terrible airport.
