Pros: Terrible delays and flight crews that knew nothing and gave us no information. When we finally got a new gate they forgot to tell us, and so about 100 of us were sitting at our gate for an hour while our plane was waiting for us in a totally different terminal. Guess they didn't realize until literally no one showed up for the flight we had been waiting on for four hours. Overall horrible communication between the various staff members, and none of them were particularly motivated to try any harder because they are overworked and underpaid. Next time and every time after I won't be fooled by the cheap price tag.

Pros: The crew/pilot was excellent he got us an hour prior to schedule, however, the stewardess did not have good training to lay down rules i.e. going bathroom. They can be stricted but nice.

Cons: Food not snacks should be an option to purchase.

Pros: The crew was nice and boarding was easy. The plane was on-time. That was the only good things. Seats didn't recline and there was very little leg room.

Cons: Don't be fooled by the cheap price unless you plan to bring no luggage or pick your seat. After getting charged for each piece of luggage plus carry on and choosing our seat the price was much higher than it would have cost had we gone with another airline that included these items. Disappointing.

Pros: Timely boarding, flight left and arrived early

Cons: The seats were horribly uncomfortable - my boyfriend and are not wide people but tall. Our knees touched the seat backs in front of us and it was not forgiving at all. The que for boarding was one of the worst that I've ever seen. People would line up for their boarding group way in advance, creating long lines throughout the main area of the terminal, hindering other people trying to get where they needed to go. Not only that, but it took FOREVER. Thank goodness the pilots made good time or else we would have been behind. I doubt I'll fly United again... I guess if I have to, but it will be something I dread.

Cons: Plane was changed, lost all upgrades and assigned a random seat. One of the flight attendant had poor customer skills, was just rude overall.

Pros: Not much. The pilot did try to keep us updated on our 5 hour delay The airline had conflicting rules on getting off the plane while waiting at the gate the pilot said yes, the attendants said no

Pros: When I arrived in Orlando, Luis Camacho assisted me the entire time and was incredibly helpful. He was able to get me on a flight to Chicago from Orlando without having to get on a bus.

Cons: The captain of flight LA 2514 deciding he was just done flying.

Pros: The service on plane was great and so was the opportunity to check luggage, although I was happy I didn't have to.

Cons: Boarding from DTW to LAX, we had to stand for a long time on the jetway and it was really cold. It was the holding place after they checked my ticket. Otherwise, it was a great experience flying Delta.

Cons: Its a flight to WV (my birth place).... it is what it is... smll planes, tight quarters and people who don’t get any of that and are not happy anout any of it

Cons: The crew was extremely rude and aggressive. Even a snack you had to pay for.

Cons: This airline looked cheaper than the others at first but then hit you with a lot of fees for like carry-on baggage which is usually free. The seats are super uncomfortable sort of a kin to bolted down lawn chairs. No entertainment and no free food.

Cons: At the very least you can offer free water. After paying so much for a flight, I do not appreciate being charged $3 for water. A little customer service goes a long way. I am not too sure I will fly with spirit again. It’s the principle of matter. It was a huge turn off.

Pros: One of the flight attendants made the safety talk fun. The people at the desk in the departure airport (Orlando) were understanding and gracious when I didn't have what I needed.

Cons: It was frustrating that there is a carry on baggage fee. That alone makes me not want to ever pursue Frontier flights b/c it seems cheap on the front end but then at the airport you realize it's just as much and you have to pay something you weren't intending. Also, it's a bummer there's no complimentary beverage on board. So it just seems Frontier doesn't have the standards one has gotten use to with other airlines.

Pros: The Air Bus 321 was clean and the staff were friendly.

Cons: They put us on a broken plane and it took 2.5hrs to fix and get us in the air. Offering a high rate credit card with miles on it is not at all acceptable.

At take off and landing....we were told to power down all electronics....(laptops, cell phones, etc....there were at least from my perspective....5 or 6 passengers....that ignored that completely.... Cons: The staff, American airlines did not accommodate me. I purchased a first class ticket American airlines flight was delayed making me late for my connection on another American flight. I was given a coach ticket and told to take it leave it.

Cons: The gate agents were rude. So happy with their ‘power’ over passengers who are loaded like cattle onto the plane. They barked at every other passenger that their carry on bag was too big and wouldn’t even listen to train when bags would fit into the size checking stand.
