I prepaid my baggage fee through the Delta App during web check-in; however, I was unable to locate the receipt afterward. It would be helpful if prepaid baggage receipts were clearly linked within the trip details section and/or accessible under the traveler profile for easy retrieval. This added visibility would enhance transparency and provide greater convenience for customers managing their travel documentation. Overall, a small enhancement that could further elevate the digital experience.

The shuttles from the rental car drop off to the various terminals was an insanely long wait. The guy working the shuttle lines told everyone we could walk, that it would only take "4 minutes" to get to our terminal, but it ended up taking about 30 minutes. So hoards of people slugging their luggage to various terminals on the sidewalk was painful. The security lines were LONG, probably would've taken 1 hour to get through, but we paid for the Clear and it ended up being maybe 45 minutes instead. The TSA process was not super efficient and they only had a 3 lanes open out of the maybe 10 possible. Not too many nice shops or eating places near our gate. Will do everything to avoid flying to/from Ft Lauderdale in the future.
