"No individual TV screens. So you must have a device like an iPad or a phone or a laptop to connect to their media service. Movie selection was mediocre at best. A lot of useless programming in my opinion. Also had a first, was asked to put my mask on between sips of a drink. That’s the first I’ve ever heard of that! We ate out every meal for a week straight and no one asked us wants to mask up between bites or sips. Nor did other Alaska flights ask us to mask up between sips. Thought it was pretty ridiculous."

"I missed a connection due to a 4 hour maintenance delay. The worst part is that I can't even attempt to rebook the flight because there is no way to contact Iberia. The desks were closed because there were no more flights that day. They never answer the help line or facebook. I simply cannot, in any way, even get ahold of a person to help me rebook this flight that cost 1000 dollars and was ruined by the fault of the airline. So I am stranded in LA right now, frantically trying to get ahold of anyone from Iberia to help me get to Spain."

Cons: "Was in first class front row. I was offered only one drink the entire 6.5 hour flight. The flight attendant in first class never came around and asked if i would like anything else. The potatoes served with the meal were not cooked completely and they let the entire coach section use the forward bathroom so it was like sitting at the very back. Had to wait several times for several others before i could use the first class lavatory. They didn't turn off the cabin lights until very late in the flight so we could sleep. The flight attendant(s) in first class were not friendly. Wifi was horrible and almost not useable. Definitely not worth the $29 I had to pay. I fly this trip regularly and are almost always delighted but this trip was disappointing to say the least."

Cons: "I did not like that the airline allowed more than 1-2 people to accompany 1 small child when pre-boarding. I happened to be able to go in with the general boarding but was one of those who was first in line within this group. My seat which was 5C already had no overheard room!!! It appears that 1 child was accompanied by 4 adults when they pre-boarded and in addition to their carry-ons, they put their foldable stroller, backpacks and totes in the overhead bin!! The airline announced a request for people to leave the overhead bin spaces for bigger carryons but does not enforce it. Flight attendants should not feel uncomfortable actually asking to whom the backpack or tote belong to and tell passengers to put those under their seats. Somehow, passengers need to be educated on proper etiquette. Also, pre-boarding should only allow 1-2 people to accompany a child or an elderly person. Pre-boarding should not be taken advantage of by all adults traveling with those needing it."

Cons: "In the SF airport, your crew accepted me to pay for $25 for putting my suitcase into the plane. But then, she mentioned that the flight was delayed and there was no way that I can made my connection from LA to Indianaplis. So I was given a boarding pass with my suitcase ($25 paid) only to LA. The front desk asked me to try other ways when I arrived LA to see what can be done. When I entered into the gate, your CS changed my flight to UA after I have presented my case. However, I had to pull the suitcase out from Alaska, paid another $25 to United and started the trip all over again. All the while, your crews expected me (an alien from Asia) that I should have known every thing get it through, or to claim my suitcase charges. I am really disappointed for the lack of understanding. To you, it may be something happened so common everyday. To me, I was totally lost to handle this."

Cons: "I arrived at the SFO at 715. I checked in and went straight to my gate. After sitting in the gate area just a few minutes, the women at my flight desk announced a delayed flight(flight would depart at 10 instead of 855) The asked that passengers come retrieve their meal vouchers. She checked my boarding pass and I went and ordered myself dinner and returned to sit down close to 9pm. I waited for the screen to change for the new flight information but it never did. The terminal was busy with music and basketball finals.lost of mumbling announcemrnt so I kept checking my flight screen and it still had the original flight. I sat waiting. All of a suddent the tv changes and it’s a different destination??? I got up and asked why my flight wasn’t posted and she told me ‘sweetheart your flight left 20minutes ago.’ I was shocked. How could this happen? She informed me i’d missed my flight that was never delayed. I was so tired and worried and she kept calling me sweetheart. Telling me there were mo more flights but that she’d put me on a 6am the next morning. With my disability I was so worried I pushed and pushed and spoke to both counter airling people. Finally, I got mad and she put me on united. I am so upset about the whole ordeal. That was a surreal awful experience that had me crying on the way home."

Pros: "Plane clean, boarding efficient, pilot cordial, flight confortable, arrived early despite delayed departure."
Cons: "Because video playback system was inoperable (not an issue for me—I am happy to read during the flight) the young crew had to perform safety announcements manually but were obviously ill-practiced and inexperienced at this, bungling their reading and even seeming not fully to understand the words. (They also botched announcing introductions of the pilot and crew, not seeming confident who was on board or as if they in fact knew their names.) This was of course unprofessional but also introduced doubt how reliable they would be in an actual emergency."

Pros: "I liked watching the fact that I was able to finish a movie that i began on a previous Alaska flight. I’m trying to reach towards MVP, so I was unfortunately disappointed in other aspects."

When I asked the staff member at the gate about what group I was boarding with, he told me to line up with the first group only to be asked to turn around when I reached the front. Also my seat did not recline back and it wasn’t a seat up against a wall. I’m leaving the plane with a sore neck."

Cons: "Boarding attendants announced that the flight was delayed just 10 minutes before boarding time because of weather. Flight was from Seattle to Los Angeles and the weather was clear on the flight path. Two hours later, an announcement was made that it was actually because of congestion at the airport (poor planning) and yet, they did not offer anything to the passengers for the inconvenience. We boarded the plane two hours late, only to sit on the tarmac for another 40 minutes. This situation could have been handled so much better by Alaska Airlines."

Cons: "The only issue I had was that we were delayed about 40 minutes after being in the plane because the pilots weren't there and the AC wasn't working yet so we were roasting while waiting for them to arrive. The attendants were very apologetic and kind though, passing out water and helping guests be as comfortable as possible. The only issue I've ever come across with this airline and it was still handled with kindness and efficiency, so DONT let this discourage you, Alaska is great!!!"

I called customer service and was told I would be given a refund for all the trouble my cancelled flight was causing making me late for work and my ride being unable to pick me up at the new landing time. I never received a refund and my rebooked flight got cancelled. I almost didn't get home on that flight either, but the customer service agent found me a seat. I never received a refund and I missed out on pay at work. I never want to fly Alaska again!"

Pros: "Free hour of wifi as a T-mobile customer. The ability to change seats right up to the moment of boarding. It was my first flight ever and The Captain and crew did a great job to make the flight enjoyable and comfortable."
Cons: "As someone who has meticulously traveled the world over on Google Earth, i was enthralled to finally get to do it in real life. I was looking to bring up a GPs trackers or some kind of map application so i knew where i was flying over. I couldn't gain any access to any type of application due to GPS restrictions. This might be a rule for plane rides that i'm not aware of however."

Cons: "I carry photo equipment in a carry on bag because of expense, damage control and temperature control. Unfortunately I can not leave it for baggage people to handle (although I would love to.) When I got my carry on to the greeting flight attendant I explained I had just finished a shoot and I was sorry that I needed to keep the bag as carry on. Flight Attendant: there was nothing she could do and I needed to go back down the stairs, even though people were still boarding and leave it with the baggage people. Me: "In the past the flight attendant put the bag in that closet." (I pointed to the locked closet where they keep their bags.) Flight Attendant: I cant open it because it's locked. Me: "The key is kept there." (I pointed to where the key is kept. I know because I've done this trip so many times before.) Flight Attendant: "See if it will fit under your seat." It did... but I had my knees in my chin for the entire flight. Thanks, Ann"

Cons: "The 2.5 hour flight from MIA to NYC was delayed four hours. The gate was changed about four times and the plane that finally arrived was older and had zero outlets. We were not given the option of headphones. Mainly the flights delay was the absolute worst. In 2021 a flight from NYC to MIA is basically a commuter flight and both ways my flights were delayed such incredible amounts of time."

Still, plenty of entertainment and on an actual screen on the back of the seat. So I consider it only a dissapointment on an otherwise good airline."

Cons: "My flight was delayed because an attendant had to be swapped out, then the replacement was stuck in traffic for an hour (why not have all attendants ready on-airport?). Comically, we taxied on the runway for over an hour, which caused more delays with the plane needing to be de-iced. Figured I'd put all that behind me, but then the flight experienced one of the worst turbulences I've been in. We jerked through the skies many times, and the pilots weren't reassuring. Thankfully we landed okay, but not after being late by multiple hours. Also, JetBlue needs to invest in its planes, esp. its Couch section. I felt like a pretzel with on room to breathe."

Cons: "Major delays not only going but returning with JetBlue. This was my first time flying them and I’m likely to never use them again. Poor customer service as no one was willing to help with WiFi set up on the way going since I’ve never flown them. Luckily I found 1 nice flight attendant and he helped point me in the right direction in set up. Overall not impressed with service and performance of this carrier."

Cons: "Annoying and time consuming to discover that I couldn’t check in for my flight anywhere besides the counter at JFK because I had two layovers and that JetBlue and Hawaiian had completely different itineraries for me. And then when the flight attendant who checked me in mocked my 2 layover itinerary and said there was a direct flight to HNL from JFK leaving later that morning, she at least could have tried to sell me a seat on that flight, rather than rudely laugh at me “I guess you can only do what you can do” like I was too poor or something. That was annoying. I’m bored of the JetBlue snack selection it’s been the same for years."

Cons: "the plane was so cold that many passengers complained and they didnt have blankets not did the turn the air down. I was so cold I couldnt find a comfortable poisiton and I was already wearing a jacket and long pants. Passengers should never be exposed to such drastically cold temperatures and ignored despite complaints."

I also shared that I had a very significant cat allergy. The staff continued to be incredibly rude, and eventually offered a single seat in the back, which would not accommodate the two of us. The woman next to us also expressed her extreme discomfort and was condescended and disrespected, as well. Shocking, miserable experience."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed three hours because of air conditioning malfunctioning on the plane. We sat on the tarmac for almost two and a half hours, and it must have been around 85 degrees on the plane. There was a lot of miscommunication about whether we would be switching aircraft. They finally told us to deplane because we were probably going to switch planes. After 15 minutes in the terminal, we reboarded the same plane. Got to LA 3 hours late so had to deal with horrible rush hour traffic, which we had hoped to avoid had we taken off on time."

When I use the Wi-Fi for the Amazon prime option it was very spotty and had to reload quite a bit during the flight from JFK to LAX. They are by Miss clean the staff was good but the entertainment system and the movie choices were very old and not really very interesting."

Cons: "TSA held me up with a 30 minute bag check so I arrived for an 11:30 AM flight at 11:16 AM. I was told that because I was a minute late they wouldn't let me on even though the plane was still in the runway and connected to the terminal. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent disappeared for 10 minutes while the plane took off. I then went to go speak to a customer service agent who wouldn't even look at me while I spoke. She actually started listening to and talking with another agent while I was talking to her. Then when I was finished, she started arguing with me until another agent said "he's not worth it." JetBlue just lost my business."

They were not keeping folks distanced from each other, they did not make sure that all the passengers had masks (I understand that people might take them off in flight briefly to drink etc but there were people that walked right on without masks on at all) The flight was FULL. They did a full drink/snack down the aisle thing ensuring that everyone packed into that small space would all be taking off their masks at the same time (if they still had it on in the first place). I did not feel safe at all."

Also, there was no distancing IN the airport during boarding. It's NOT DIFFICULT to put tape marks on the ground to ensure physical distancing. It is THEIR responsibility to make sure the process is safe, since half of the people seem to not care about distancing (or mask wearing). I'm incredibly disappointed and I will be flying Southwest for the time being: I hear they're better at enforcing distancing."

Cons: "Gate agent spoke so ridiculously fast and swallowed so many sounds that it was virtually impossible to understand most of what he was saying. Most importantly we all missed that our roll-on bags wouldn’t fight in the overhead bins. As a result many people pulled their bags on and fought and struggled to force their luggage above, only to give up. The on-board agents recognized early the problem and then proceeded to allow many other passengers to stroll by them with their large roll-on bags, only to delay the boarding process and frustrate everyone. When making their safety announcement the flight attendant was clearly competing for fastest speaking human and rushed through at blazing speeds. In all my 30+ years of travel, I’ve never heard anything like it."

Cons: "They ran out of breakfast. Seat configuration was 3-3-3 in economy and not 2-4-2 like on the JAL flight on the way to Japan. The level of professionalism is much higher on JAL in regards to the flight attendants than AA. The boarding process still needs a lot of work to be more organized (take a look at JAL as an example - they treat customers like kings and queens). Also, there was no way to get a seat assignment through the JAL website. That website looks and acts like it’s from the late 90s."

Cons: "10 minutes after leaving Austin the pilot tellsnus Houston air traffic control is grounding all westbound flights due to a storm in Dallas that's causing too much congestion. So we sa on the Tarmac for 90 minutes. I have a difficult time believing this situation was a surprise. Possibly it was just to free up the gate and not have to go through reboarding. Also leg room is getting reduced to 28 inches. I'm 5"11 and cramped. How is JetBlue better than American? How much will these airlines continue to bend us over. I didn't even take the screaming infant into account.... since it's not AA's fault for letting that baby on board."

Cons: "This turned out to be a 'code share' flight operated by American Airlines. As such, neither Qantas nor American Airlines would allow me to buy premium seats so we could have extra leg room. They said the 'code share' blocks seat sales! Be ware Also found out that American Airlines does not serve meals on flights from Toronto to LAX. I was told they only serve meals on "international flights" but that I could buy a sandwich or snack. Unfortunately they only had 4 sandwiches on board , which sold within the first 2 rows of the plane!"

We were informed thatcher would have to wait 24hours (after an already 7 hour layover) to catch another flight to Los Angeles. After debating with customer servinge several times and being forced to wait in line after being told things were fixed several time we had to threaten to record conversations and had someone call American Airlines headquarters and finally was able to get in the flight the same night. We at work be point were laughed at by an American Airlines customer service professional. I had purchased upgraded seats since I’m over 6 feet tall and they were not able to accommodate on the new flight, the flight was horrible and I had ton stand up every hour to make I the whole 12 hours."

Cons: "We were not permitted to board the plane until later than expected, but were told we would still take off right away and regain lost time, no mention of a delay at last call or immediately after, despite the 20 minute delay by this point. After taxiing, the pilot informed us of withheld information, that ATC would delay our departure for ~40 minutes, but we could STILL try to make it up in the air. This was a bold faced lie. It was finally  9:52pm before we even took off from SFO. While idling, the cabin started to reek of jet fuel, and people started coughing and sneezing. Upon landing at LAX at 10:46pm, we were told that there was no gate for us, and that we would have to wait for an amount of time that kept changing every time there was an announcement. The toxic jet fumes started to permeate the cabin again, and people started coughing and sneezing in response. Ultimately it is 11:21pm by the time we reached our gate. At this point, the jetway was broken/failed to open, but despite this, the air conditioning was switched off and pax crowd the aisles without direction. Finally we managed to escape at 11:31pm."

Pros: "The entertainment selection was pretty good on the flight. That is my only positive experience."
Cons: "The seats were incredible jam-packed together. We had a 9 1/2 hour flight from Tokyo and could not even sit without our knees touching the seat in front of us. My tray table couldn't even properly extend -- the seats are so tight my tray just folded up on top of me. The food was BAD. 1/3 edible out of each course, consistently. I saw other passengers also dumping untouched trays of mystery meat that came as a side. They handed out egg-tomato-cucumber sandwiches which were inedible. The tomato had gone bad and the egg had a sour taste -- I gagged when I took the first bite. I'm especially disappointed with the seat spacing, though. I had a really difficult time getting in/out of the seating aisle to use the restroom. Even with our bags stored under the seat, I couldn't get in without tripping on/getting my foot caught in the strap of our purses/backpack. I couldn't even turn on one side without my arms or legs touching the passenger next to me -- sore neck, sore back, and still couldn't even get a wink of sleep. I will not be flying internationally with American Airlines again. They are the epitome of an airline trying to cash in on as many seats as possible. Save yourself the trouble and fly Japan Airlines directly -- their food was great and their seats were very comfortable."

Cons: "This was almost a six hour flight there were no televisions available the flight was oversold and there were people on standby there was very little Lego room we were only offered snacks and drinks the crew was stressed we left late because we were instructed to check our carry-ons but that was not enforced until people were already on the plane getting on the plane and getting off the plane took a very long time there was very little leg room it was difficult to move around the plane because it was such a small plane the crew was very stressed out. I am very upset about this flight and will not fly with American ever again."

Pros: "The flight was delayed by more than two hours which caused us (me, wife, 4yo, and 7mo) to miss our connection from LAX to HNL. We had to stay the night in LA and take a morning flight to HNL. But despite the delay, the gate agent in Charlotte did a good job of updating people and remained very polite even when it was clear people were getting frustrated and starting to get sharp with him. Pilots did a good job of trying to make up as much time as possible. I can't remember how much time they shaved off but I think it was more than 20 minutes. Customer service in LA was solid too. Went to CSD to get our tickets changed. They had already changed our flight to a 8 AM flight. We asked if we could take a later flight because of the kids and he was able to accommodate. They also gave us vouchers for 3 meals and a night at the Holiday Inn. Having a delayed flight is never fun but the AA staff was amazing throughout."

Cons: "Entertainment system had some quirks. I choose my flights in an attempt to make sure I can watch a movie during the flight, so that's important to me. This one stopped once in the middle of the movie, but worked one I started it again. Didn't have buttons for fast forward or rewind, so had to guess on the timeline when I wanted to see something I missed. Then the flight map kept resetting to a mode other than what I wanted. I know these are first world problems, and they in no way affected the safety of the flight, but I expect more."

Cons: "My family and I make I JFK -LAX reservation 4 months ago. We came to LAX three hours before our flight to make sure we get good seats. At the checking kiosk we did not have the option to pick seats , there was a message on the boarding pass that said to go see boarding agent. So we did, appreantly they over booked the trip and they were looking for volunteers to give up their seats!! Why did we have to be on stand by if our booking was confirmed 4 months ago!! They made us wait until the gate was closed and then they found us seats . This trip caused us mental anguish I will never fly American Airlines again"

Cons: "I purchased the earliest flight of the day from Vegas to Los Angeles so I could be in LA by 11am so I could attend the 1pm Dodger game at dodger stadium... ( I specifically flew into lax for the game that I spent $100 on tickets for) well I arrived to LAS at 5am by 515am I received my first notification that my flight wouldn't be leaving until 1030am.... I was a little annoyed but hey I'm still going to make it to my game, ( I just needed to let my ride know who's lives 3 hours away from LA that my flight was going to be 3 hours late not to rush) well about an hour later I got another notification that my flight was now being pushed back to 230pm.... at this point I have no choice but to look for another flight.... I found another flight on Southwest leaving Las at 1210pm arriving in lax at 120pm... perfect I can still make my game... That flight was boarding on time... ran into some hiccups on the runway... arrive to lax at 130pm... not a problem can still make my game... sat on the runway at lax until 335.... needless to say I missed the game... while in the air I received another text that my American airline flights was now pushed back to 530pm... mind you my day started at 5am on Las Vegas to catch a flight out at 720am.... Now had I not found that other flight I would have been sitting around Vegas airport for over 12 hours.... I was not a happy flier today, specially because the actual flight is normally no more than 45 minutes start to finish... I could have rented a car and drove... would have been cheaper and I would have made it to my game ...."

Cons: "One of the worst flights ever. The plane was jammed. My seat was in row 20, directly across from the lavatory. The light was one every time they opened or closed the door. I had people standing right next to me with their rear ends in my face. The plane would be fine for a short trip with that many people and such small uncomfortable seats (and I am a little person 5'1"). But to put that many people on a "cattle car" for a 6 hour flight... no bueno. Also, I could not check in online to get seats and I wasn't able to upgrade. My husband was stuck 13 rows behind me. Worst flight ever."

Pros: "The entertainment selection was prolific, with many many movies to choose from including recent releases. The staff provided plenty of beverages to help the time slide by nicely. The seats had both USB and 110V power outlets which was awesome. The entertainment systems work with regular iPhone headsets which was good."
Cons: "Couldn't get our meal preference selected, Iberia page for the flight check-in didn't work at all, getting a page not found error. Then after calling Iberia, and getting the AA confirmation managed to at least get into AAs web site for the flight, but now it was apparently too late to change our food option, and AA wouldn't work with us at all, the phone agent event LIED on the phone suggesting we could talk to customer service at the airport to have them provide an appropriate meal option. The customer service line was CORDONED OFF at LAX, and getting help out of their agents was like trying to get blood from a stone. The worst customer service experience I've ever had, even than Comcast. Then, I guess this ticket is economy minus, you have to pay more for seats that aren't at the total arse end of the plane. WTF. Economy means economy, not the back end of economy, but now you gotta pay to "upgrade" to regular economy. I can't imagine what that must have been like for families of four with children who are being extorted just so they can sit together. Then at the airport, despite having been assigned a gate, the plane came into a different gate, and we're just sitting there slowly wondering more and more why there aren't many people around. Finally we have to go ask another airlines' desk where our plane is at (it never had a correct gate assignment on the monitors) to figure out where we had to board. No announcement, no agent at the old gate to direct passengers to the correct place. Upon traveling to London on the red-eye, they proceeded to keep the plane completely dark the entire trip. No attempt to help passengers adjust to the destination time zone at all. Trying to open a window resulting in being curtly asked to close it. Jet lag on eastbound transatlantic is bad enough without the airline making it worse. On the return journey the line for the gate was around the corner AFTER boarding had started, and people couldn't board in any sort of order. My entertainment system crashed, when they finally came round with food, I could ask them to reset it. Having paid for the Wifi, which is fine, it's an add-on service, it was difficult to connect to, my phone really struggled to bring up the sign-in page, and I had to reboot my laptop three times, clearing my browser cache to get it to connect. The connection and payment screens were very slow, which was because the wifi overall was very slow. I am sitting on the plane waiting to hear from my father about his critical surgery with my phone dropping on and off the wifi due to slowness and extreme packet loss (>50%). I had been hoping to get some work done on the flight, so much for that idea, I couldn't maintain a solid VPN connection for more than 5 minutes at a time. I will never fly AA again unless they are the last option at a non-horrible price. This was an emergency trip as it was, and booked through Iberia; thanks for nothing Iberia."

Cons: "Check in through website was confusing to do. Flight shows on alaska airlines sight as a united flight. I downloaded the united app, and it tells me my flight is not just through american airlines, but through another carrier, american freedom or aomething like that. Very confusing. I called someone, I think american airlines, by this time completely confused. If there are multiple carrier types, I should be able to input my flight number and my info ahould come up for me to view flight info and check in, or seat assignment. In the end I dowloaded 2 or 3 apps, a confusing phone call, and when i got to rhw intial check in I was not treated well by tsa personnel. Maybe my name triggered thw extra search or something.Anyway, that last part is unrelated but my return flight was kind of a struggle."

Asked the flight attendants and spoke to the captain after the flight as the front coach section of the aircraft was at least 10 degrees hotter than the rear. We were all taking layer of off cloths as it was so hot. Seems the first class attendants were not monitoring the temps which regulars the temps just behind first class. Told the flight attendant who also acknowledged it but the first class attendants did not make the change Many were angry. We were on the Tarmac for almost 1.5 hours waiting for the plane to be de-iced. No AC during the process."

It is not free - you have to purchase - They ran out of red wine (which was free) by the end of the first meal. Baggage fees are exorbitant so I signed up for their discount offer which cost $50 and was supposed to give me a discount on my bags. Discount didn't happen and I had to pay full price anyway. Their weight allowance is 10 pounds less than other airlines so I had to transfer a bunch of stuff to my carry-on. Sneaky fees and nickel and diming are such shoddy business practices. I Will not fly Spirit again if I can at all avoid it. Short-term gain results in long-term loss for Spirit given I am a very frequent traveler."

Be sure to print your own boarding pass because that's a $10 charge if you don't. If your luggage is even one lb over the weight, expect to pay $95. Need water on the flight? Pay up. AirMall magazine? Nope. Reclining chairs? Laughable. The staff's affect is flat and cold. Don't bother trying to reason with them, they could care less (especially"Karen"). If I could give zero stars on this review, I wouldn't hesitate. I wouldn't wish my experience with Spirit on anyone. Cons: "Going to Atlanta Airport and then from Atlanta to FLL was an experience that I have not had with any of the air-lines companies. It needs improvement."

Pros: "There is nothing good about spirit. They sent a follow-up survey with a link to a blank page, that is how little they care about customers."
Cons: "Ff you fly with only a "personal Item" the fare is a little bit less. If you have a bag you are wasting your money on this airline They charge for carry ons, and extra if they are overweight (a lot extra). The seats ate like seats on a city bus, fine for a block or two, painful after two hours. They charge an arm and a leg for everything, a reserved seat is $14(otherwise you get a random seat), a carry on at the gate is $100, ($48 if you but in advance). Even water is $3,"

Pros: "Unfortunately, I was not aware of Spirits business model or I would have been better prepared - the fairly well priced flight I got for my child and I were offset by having to pay OVER $100 for 2 CARRY on bags (that's right... Not checked but CARRY ON SIZED BAGS!! Low number of employees had lines everywhere and chaotic check in do to majority surprised by bag fees! Seats do not recline - no entertainment screens very "low budget". The advertising campaign is cute and makes the "no frills" look hip, but very tough cross country flight for us."

Pros: "I have taken Spirit on different ocassion and every time I do it's a disappointing ride."
Cons: "I had to purchase my tickets on different confirmations and they would not accommodate my sitting next to my children. They sat 5F & 5E and my ticket was 27 all the way in the back. I tried to request to upgrade but they were not helpful to move me up anywhere closer to my 2 kids. It was very disappointing to say the least."

Pros: "The price was good compared to other options."
Cons: "NO SPACE!!! My knees touched chair in front of me and I'm only 5'11". Chairs don't recline. Jammed in like a sardine in a can. Most uncomfortable cross country flight I've ever had."

Cons: "No TVs on a 5.5 hour flight to LA, no wifi, seats do not recline, and you have to pay $55 for a carry on"

Pros: "The crew was nice, friendly. They moved a pregnant couple from my row to "somewhere more comfortable" which left my row empty and I was able to lay down which was much better than the uncomfortable seats with almost no leg room. The landing felt very smooth."
Cons: "The line to check baggage was the super long, so long that crew members kept passing through calling for passengers of the next flights so as to expedite the checking of their luggage. I will never fly with checked bags on this airline again. The seats are very cramped. There is no legroom and the chairs don't recline. Everything is an extra charge, even snacks. There are no in-flight entertainment options unless you count the sudoku puzzles that print at the bottom of your boarding pass. I'd use this airline again only for short trips with no bags only bc their prices are cheap."

Pros: "The price to upgrade to a larger seat was reasonable but someone who randomly choose there seat for 10$ sat next to me."
Cons: "The lines to check a bag moved extremely slow. The price to check a bag was extremely high. And boarding the airplane was very disorganized and the flights attendants did not do much to keep the line moving."

Pros: "Ticket ended up being 100$ more"
Cons: "You had to pay for everything. I was coughing and really needed water and it was 6$ Trip was delayed over an hour with multiple gate changes and then once on the plane took forever to take off. Seats were horrible very small and very uncomfortable"
