All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.

A 5 degree recline is not a recline; its a joke. At least the tray table was bigger than my phablet, unlike Spirit where the napkins look like tablecloths on these ‘tables’. This meant that Groups 3-5 needed to gate check carry on bags and then pick them up in the Baggage Claim at ORD. This added unnecessary time to the end of my journey. I'll look around at other airlines before I fly United again. Jet Blue, on the other hand (from ORD to FLL) was great!!"

This caused us to miss our connection. The connection time for us was 3 hours and we still missed that flight. They then suggested that it was not their fault and that they would get us on the next flight on the next day at night. We decided to get our money back and bought a ticket with Southwest Airlines instead. They lack in taking responsibility for their mistakes. Their employees don't care and continue on as if nothing is wrong. Our whole flight missed each and every connection. we are all here with Southwest ready to fly out in a couple of hours."

Pros: "There was nothing good about this flight. Even though the cost was not as expensive it would have been more suitable for me to pay extra and get home on time then a little less and get home at 2am."
Cons: "Everything about this flight was horrible from the service to the flight being over an hour late and the customer not even been serviced with a free drink or nothing. Will not be flying spirit again."
Pros: "The only good thing about my whole experience with Spirit was my flight back to Florida. And the only reason for that was that the seats were just a bit bigger than the other 2 flights I had with them."
Cons: "Spirit has HORRIBLE guest service in the Chicago airport. The people at the counter are very RUDE and disrespectful, and the Supervisors are even worse! They didn't try to help me in regards to finding an earlier flight, after my original flight was canceled, and they didn't even accommodate me in regards to finding a place to stay that one night, or a voucher of any sort! VERY UNPROFRSIONAL PEOPLE!!!!"

Cons: "My international flight was cancelled at the last minute instead of just delayed. Said they would refund my flight and took over a month and several phone calls/complaints to make it happen. They get you with all the extra fees! Ended up spending twice as much overall since I had to rebook one of my flights on another airline at my own expense. My flights that weren't cancelled were all delayed, anywhere from 1-4 hours. I will not fly Spirit again."

Cons: "Plane was way too cramped. There are so many rules with Spirit that you can end up spending the same as a major carrier if you are not on top of things.Hidden charges. The hub at Ft. Lauderdale has several Spirit flights leaving close together so it makes for a long security line."

Check-in at airport kiosk tried to charge for my carry-on dishonestly. I promised myself I would never fly spirit again but went for a lower price this time. My mistake. Spirit is horribly managed top to bottom"
