Cons: "My first flight was delayed so I had to run 10mins non stop to my connecting flight to HNL. When I get to my flight they changed my seat to a middle seat. I don’t book a flight unless I have a window seat, so I asked them to change it back to a window seat. They were unable to but offered me a flight the next day, which is unacceptable. Then I arrive to my destination and I have no luggage. I was able to make my connecting flight but somehow my luggage was not. When I inquired about my lost luggage I was told to check baggage claim later tonight. No clear answer on how to get my luggage."
Cons: "It’s a united flight so any expectation of being treated like a customer that actually pays for a ticket is a bridge too far."
Cons: "I called United within 24 hours after booking and was told my flight could not be changed, but I was able to cancel for a refund. I said thank you and was told I would be refunded on the card I purchased with. Never refunded me!! Guess they never canceled my ticket?! Thanks, never booking with United again."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!"

Pros: "Like everybody else I didn't like the carry-on/ luggage payment. But you can still take one personal item(laptop bag/purse) for free. Also with cheap air-fare, I really don't have to complain about anything! All the details regarding boarding pass, online check-in, baggage, seats, etc is mentioned on their website, so if you don't choose to pay attention before boarding the plane then its not airline's fault. My flight was delayed 3 times. But I was informed well in time through automatic updates I signed up for. Frontier's Google App is very helpful to track the flight status, etc. Staff was very kind and courteous. Airplane was clean. Thank you for serving chilled water. I appreciate it."

The next time the 'cheap' ticket price draws me in - I will just add another $30-70 for a carry-on and/or checked bag which will make the price comparison more aligned."

Cons: "I was sitting near the front, (row 5) and wanted a cup of coffee. The stewardess served the seats in front of me total of 3 cups of coffee. When she got to me, she said there was not any more coffee available!!! So... why do you make less than one pot of coffee on each of your flights? This was really weird!"

Cons: "The airline lied to the passengers. My flight started from Guayaquil with a delay. Once we arrived to FLL they made us believe that the ground personnel will help us. Nothing more far than the truth. I lost my connection and the best solution was to leave me almost 36 hours until the next fligjt the airline wanted to rebook me. I ended up paying another ticket in another airline. Spirit will not recognize me anything, even if the delay was 100% their fault."

Cons: "They moved us from the gate to have an "on-time" departure even though we sat on the taxi way for a while. Why do airlines do this? Are on time stats more important than customer comfort and satisfaction. Then they kept the lights on during the entire flight to "sell" their products. Please, give us at least a free glass of water. You are only cheaper than other airlines when you get a $9 fare, which you have to pay to have anyhow. So they are a bare bone airline, but charges are for everything. This airline stinks, I will not be flying them again unless I absolutely have to. I thought United was bad, but they are great compared to Spirit."
