7 hours delayed due to operational issues on United’s end. Basically laziness.
Short flight but an "eager to help" crew made the journey more enjoyable!
Not enough veg food available for passengers. I actually did not get the veg food and was told it was over, and I starved the entire flight duration.
Flight was delayed only slightly before takeoff due to traffic control. However, the flight arrived early to ORD. Good flight. United has been very reliable for me.
Flight left on time. Boarding was easy. Arrived to EWR 30 mins early. Luggage was deplaned in good time. Overall a very good experience.
Flight from Rome to SFO was excellent compared To our flight to Europe from SFO. The food was much tastier. You can see how UNITED is skimping, though. Instead of getting something mid flight you had to ask for it. It was not automatically served. There was a cookie at the end of the arrival meal, for example that tasted like it just came out of a box. They used to serve a little container of nuts, now … a tiny container of nuts, mixed with pretzels. This was business class that you really have to pay for! But this is minor complaints compared to the overall. My major complaint is the position of the even numbered seats by the windows. You have to turn around to see your window & the positioning as some other controls are harder to get at. This is compared to the odd number seat that are perfectly aligned.
The person I bought the ticket for didn’t make the flight.
Lately I like the planes have been exceptionally filthy. There’s lines of dust and dirt all across the ceiling in the vents, and the cracks in between the seats are literally full of food. It’s definitely not the quality of service that I was used to with United. I’m also very disappointed with the Wi-Fi! All I wanna do is knock out a few work jobs while I’m trapped in my seat And it spools so bad. They did provide me with a refund, but the process of getting that refund is so complicated. It’s unfortunate.
Another delayed flight. When the delays exceed the duration of the flight, it’s a problem.
Excellent flight. Smooth, efficient boarding. Quick flight. Arrived early at STL.
Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Attendants collecting trash were somewhat inattentive though.
Experience was great overall. However, the connection time between my flights (1hr 15 mins) was too short. We had to get through security check and US immigration in that time, and I made it to the gate just as they were announcing it was about to close. Flights with such a short connection time should maybe not be offered for purchase, or an advance alert would be helpful. Other than that the in-flight experience was excellent, especially the food. We left 2 1/2 hours late. It wasn't the airlines fault but they did nothing to help the situation. Even water had a price tag. The next flight was better.
The seats needs to be comfortables, at least please add more padding to the seats.
Incredible service. Incredible entertainment. I felt like they just kept serving us something new avery hour. My wife and I both had a joyous flight.
They specifically asked about my flight from bordeaux to Dublin, which was fine. A little lacking but for a 1 and a half hour flight - it was more than enough. I transferred at Dublin and went to Newark. And wow that flight was incredible.
I was so grateful for the kindness of the crew. They made a long trip very pleasant. Food was delicious. Many movie options
My flight from Dublin was delayed two hours which ment that I missed my connecting flight to Phoenix. American Airlines provided a hotel room and rebooked my flight for 7:30 AM the next day. I didn't get to the room until 11 pm and I had to be at the airport the next day by 5 AM. The airlines did their best but the schedule was challenging for an 81 year old.
Dinner was fabulous. Would have enjoyed a wine with it. None offered... for sale??? Breakfast was disappointing but adequate amount of food.
Dublin airport is big and US Customs and Immigration screening officers are is part of the process there. This eliminates screening upon arrival to US, however should be taken into consideration when playing your transfer. After all, pleasant experience enhanced by draft Guinness and Irish coffee at the buffet area near the gate. We loved boarding by the row, back of the airplane first.
