Rather than stop the purchase food options they continued which meant they could only reach row 16 by the time our flight began its descent. Since were in row 19, we were not offered any food or water, during lunch.

Cons: One world flight that charged a platinum customer for luggage. That’s unbelievable!

Cons: Zero snacks, not even for purchase. London to Texas is a really long way to not be able to purchase snacks other than the meals they provide.

Cons: The crew/attendants were very efficient and listens to the passengers. They went the extra mile to accommodate.

Cons: I was very unhappy with Kiwi. I accessed Kiwi through Kayak where I had selected a seat with checked baggage. Neither the BA staff at Heathrow nor the BA staff at Chicago were aware that I had paid for checked baggage. After much debate the baggage fee was waived at both ends of journey.
