Cons: Both to and from Hawaii, they ran out of food before they made it to us. It was bad enough that they had one cart for the entire plane. It took 90 minutes from the time they began serving until they got to us in row 34, but they ran out of food at row 31. The flight attendant just shrugged and said, "They do that to us all the time, sorry."

Cons: On a 5 1/2 hour flight in first class it would have been nice to be offered something other than water to drink. the entertainment system didn't work at all in my seat. Also, after e a very trying day, I was anxious to get home, and the luggage didn't arrive until 90 minutes after touchdown. I guess that's what they mean by priority service- first on the plane and last off.

Pros: I loved my experience with HA. The flight attendants and airport staff are so friendly and welcoming. The Hawaiian music and informative video are lovely touches. 1) I do NOT appreciate the $25 charge for luggage. Southwest does not charge for checked bags, and they are thriving. I think it's greedy to charge for luggage. 2) I wish they'd offer a meatless option when serving meals. So many people are plant-based now and I wish HA offered that to patrons. 3) Movies and TV in-flight should be free, as in...gratis. Other carriers offer free in-flight entertainment and HA should not charge. 4) The planes are nice, the crew is FABULOUS; truly a standout in the industry. They have that beautiful Aloha spirit.

Cons: 1/2 bag of pretzels for a ~6 hour flight? Are you kidding me! The whole ride was sweltering hot. United flight attendants almost universally hate their jobs and they let it show. The entertainment system takes up half of the room under the seat, as if things weren’t cramped enough already.

Cons: I arrived at HNL nearly 2 hours before my flight. The check-in procedures at HNL were very poor. There were not enough operating machines to help passengers check-in. In fact, there appeared to be more non-functioning machines .than working ones which created a huge backlog of passengers. We then had to wait in another long line to have our bagged checked and boarded. This was one of the worse situations I've seen in a very long time.

Cons: I missed my flight because on the kayak app it said my flight left at 8:20 am and even said it was on time. When I got there it left at 7:20 instead and so I missed it.. You need to make sure it says the correct time on your app.. I ended up catching another flight to Seattle and spent the night in the airport and got to salt lake a day later. My family is out of state and it screwed all of our schedules up.

Cons: Delayed, bad service, bad boarding technique, bad cabin crew, and when we landed we spent another 30min taxiing and sitting. My connector flight was delayed two hours and by time I got to San Diego my rental car company was already closed.

Cons: Old plane, very hot cabin, no WiFi, no food, entertainment system would freeze and was glitchy. Awful airline now. Very disappointing.

Pros: Boarding was organized. When we wanted to check in our cabin baggage afraid that the overhead bins may be full by the time we board, we were properly guided that there is ample space, so there was no need to check them in. This saved us waiting time at LAX.

Cons: We were not allowed to do online check-in because of codeshare, which was not very convenient.

Pros: Boarding and luggage check in were great. The flight crew and the flight itself were uneventful which is perfect.

Pros: The crew was fine, flight was completely full and they were very prompt in their service. The power outlets didn’t work. The lights were on, but when I plugged in they didn’t charge.

Pros: The flight crew was polite and competent, and boarding was no better or worse than any other airline.

Cons: Being tall, I asked about upgrades at the gate well prior to boarding, and was told that I was already in an exit row. That would have been perfect, but alas... I was SO not in an exit row. My knees were in the back of the seat in front of me for five hours, and in an uncomfortable seat to boot. Never again.

Pros: Great ground staff and flight crew, except they should as warn and apologize regarding the limited gate as access so far from the check-in.

Cons: Signage is terrible. Delta sign out side is obscured as and too small. Construction is no excuse for the confusion. Delta is not readable on the overhead signs and airport is too dark at night. Everything is hard to find.
