1 1/2 hours delayed boarding at JFK caused us to almost miss connecting flight in Rome. Only 30 minutes of time to run from one end of FCO to the other for connecting flight. Not very easy to do for older travelers.

Overall flight was fine as was price. FCO leaves a lot to be desired. Not enough agents to check people in quickly, confusing security location and extremely, ridiculously long lines to get through multiple security checks. It was the least to say it was a hot sticky nightmare. Dulles is not better although arrival was fine, traffic to the arrival area was a nightmare where I finally gave up, parked the rental and met my wife with the luggage in the parking lot. I will avoid Dulles in the future.

Business was very pleasant. Fantastic staff. This is the longest I’ve slept in business class going transatlantic in years!

Comfortable seats with sufficient leg room. However, the female flight attendant spoke English and Italian so fast that it was impossible to understand anything she said. There was no entertainment option. No wifi. No milk for tea (only powered milk which is terrible). I appreciate being able to take a carry on. Crew was nice. Plane was clean.

The flying experience is excellent. The seats are very comfortable and spacious. The staff is professional, attractive and efficient. The ITA business class lounge in Rome is poor. There are no comfortable seats for long layovers. It’s too crowded. The showers are too few and the towels are of extremely poor quality.

Flight was smooth and event less. The crew is very professional, good looking and efficient. Food quality is good but the bread rolls (made in India) were too hard.
