Cons: The flight was delayed and I missed my next flight. They charged me for the next flight (from Lisbon to Porto) full price but put me on wait list, contrary to their representation (Tap Air as well).

Cons: The WiFi was expensive and very little total data allowance even in Executive class so very unsatisfactory.
Pros: Planes clean and in good condition.
Cons: Crowded and late departure.
Pros: Service was good and the food was better than average.
Cons: Paying extra for business class so you can sleep just isn't worth it with TAP. We had an older plane, showing its age, and the seats did not go completely flat. So, I kept slipping down and my feet jammed into the seat in front of me.
Cons: the ground personnel were not nice. They also did not seem to know what they were doing. Inconsistent communication. No patience with customers.
Pros: Food and service were phenomenal, and the seats were very comfortable.
Cons: Gate agents were joking and laughing during pre-board, and the entire plane attempted to board at once.
Pros: I liked the part of entertainment, bunch of free movies we could watch
Cons: the Meals. It could have been perfect when there was other options than vegetarian.

Cons: Plane was very cold. We had the last row of seats which meant the flight attendants were making a tremendous amount of noise behind us for the majority of the flight. Crew was not friendly at all. They were more interested in the other crew members than the guests.
Cons: Not sure about booking with flyus. Com- next time I will prefer not to use Kayak if flight is booked through flyus.com
Pros: Service on the DFW-->FRA leg was phenomenal (ratio of attendants to fliers). Food was delicious and seats very comfortable.
Cons: Boarding process and organization could have been a bit better in communicating access and groups. Not super critical, but the goal in in process is to be as efficient as possible.

Pros: Even on this short 1-hour prop flight they do have average service and pass out Swiss chocolate.
Pros: Seat size was decent, not like us airlines, there’s actually space for you knees.

Cons: Food was too little for dinner and breakfast both
Pros: The blankets were warm and comforting. Despite a full plane, the bathrooms were kept clean.

Pros: Clean airport and airline. I was on the new Dreamliner. Book business you don’t want to be in the back.
Cons: For obvious reasons security is tight. However, they do not warn you sufficiently about the screening and security process. It took 2 hours alone to get through security and it was a light crowd. I can only imagine if it was packed or during major EU or Israeli holiday. They try to move people fast but security folks are all very young so they require a lot of supervision and need oversight so they stop and go for questions with trained team members.
Pros: The boarding was the only redeemable of the trip, correct and efficient
Cons: The plane was not in good condition, broken seats, screens and individual lights that did not work, heavy attention of the personnel of board, the food of low quality and without provision of water during the flight
