Hours and did not get checked on once then i found out I did that for no reason and i had to wait In another line for almost two hours!!! Then then next day my flight was delayed for four!!! Hours due to engine issues and they had to get a new plane so the rerouted two flights had To be canceled And I was stuck overnight again in Dallas. No one met me at the gate or had anything to say to me. Not really one ounce of customer service . I could tell it was Hard with the airport closing due to weather but this is an international flight and someone could have done something to help me just navigate the process over the three day period. One woman who I finally talked to in Frankfurt spent an hour with me when i was utterly exhausted and there were No more flights or hotels left She was To be commended. The rest was chaos and exhausting and I still have another flight tomorrow."

Cons: "I traveled to Italy for Vacation. Both times, LH925 on 1st May from Heathrow to Frankfurt was delayed by 20 Mins. and TReturn on 9th May, LH327 from Venice to Frankfurt was delayed by 20 Mins. Late arrivals caused extra stress on Connections and We had to run across the airport to catch the connecting flight. Flight getting delayed both ways makes me rethink about LH Flights. I will be careful and wont like to travel on LH ."

The flight was actually 2/3 full with plenty of empty seats and empty bin space. Most passengers had 2pieves of hand luggage. So I had to wait for luggage at the end of the flight when I could have easily stored it overhead."

And the online payment for bags was not user-friendly Venice should have a bus shuttle for the older folks from the Water Taxi to the terminal and one person to monitor the security at this location at all times. A few more signs in multiple languages at the security checkpoint would have made the line go faster. Same thing at the ticket check-in counter."

Once we reached the plane, the crew should have facilitated an orderly boarding through both doors rather than one. This was also a pretty empty flight and other passengers were utilizing their assigned seat as well as a whole other row and calling it theirs just because they set something on one seat. It didn't seem right that some of us had to stay in our little crowded area while others used up 4 seats and I don't mean for laying down."

Pros: "A fast, smooth, and easy flight with a polite and efficient crew. The Frankfurt airport needs some type of internal transportation or reorganization because the size and shape make it a challenge to go through passport control and find your gate in time to transfer."

After waking at 6 a.m. to catch my flight, I would have preferred plain yogurt with fruit or muesli, or at least a nutritious nutty bar such as the KIND brand. The boarding consisted of everyone standing in a disorganized line next to another long line so that I was not sure if I was in the right place and felt nervous as the time to board drew near. Staff did not seem to be communicating what was happening and were not circulating. I had to ask fellow passengers if I was in the right line and on the right bus. We pushed away from the gate early. This worked against me at the beginning of my vacation when I missed my flight by 5 minutes due to the disorganized nature of the Frankfurt airport and its massive size."

Cons: "It was a very grueling trip. Plane left Rome at 9:15a but that meant getting there at 7:15a. Plane was kept dark even though it was daylight outside. Staff was courteous but did not particularly demonstrate awareness of the strain on the travelers being cramped for 10+ hours. Plane was so cramped that one could not take a stretch walk down the aisles to alleviate muscle cramp being in same position for 10 hours. My ultimate destination was San Jose, CA, but that entailed a wait at O'Hare from 12:30p to 8p. Again, staff uninterested in traveler comfort in these parameters. American felt okay to delay my last leg from Chicago to San Jose an hour later than original scheduled, but offered no compensation for the addition to my discomfort. The switch from British Airways to American was a surprise. New flight numbers, change increased my travel stress. I am only 5'3" and not obese, yet could not really fit in my seat: kept getting bumped by passers by in aisle. Airline uninterested in passenger comfort."

Not only did they RESELL and REASSIGN our seats to someone else -- we could not get a refund for the upgrade we paid for. To add insult to injury, the only seats they could give us were in the back of the plane next to the toilet. Having heard so many similar nightmare stories about American Air I can say I will never ever fly American Air again. We now have to spend our firrst few days home from vacation disputing that charge, writing letters and making calls to get that damn refund. I will be sharing my discontent far and wide. Whoever at corporate thinks it's best practice to sell and sell and sell seats and live with the aggravation of the customers has an upside down notion of how to run a successful business. NIGHTMARE."

I understand they have a tough job to do, but pushing past people who are in the process of getting out of their way (even holding a baby!) is uncalled for. Breakfast was a so called chicken sandwich that looks like a cherry pie from McDonald. I got water spilled over me when water was poured for my neighbor customer. They gave us a card to make it up to us but (wisely) don't tell you what it is for. It turned out to be for 10% off your next flight if you book it through their website within a year. Useless. On our return flight we were delayed on the tarmac for over an hour with no air conditioning, they originally said they were waiting for a signature but then said that there was something wrong with the engines that help us take off, then the cabin filled with a fuel smell, then they said they had brought the wrong item for the repair and we were waiting for the correct one. When we finally took off my husband's screen didn't work yet again and this was a 9 hour flight. The flight attendant said that some of the screens hadn't worked for a while ( probably cheaper to hand out useless discounts than to fix them.). We received another 10% off card, which we cannot combine or transfer, again useless. We missed our connection because of the delay, they booked us on another flight but because they didn't tell us that we had to pick up our luggage or where (it was on a different carousel than the rest of the luggage from our flight) and that we had to go through customs we (and many others) missed that flight too. We finally got a flight out the next morning and they put us up at a hotel. We both had to miss another day of work and it was quite an ordeal. My husband's screen worked for almost all of that last flight before it seized up. We didn't bother to report it that time since another 10% off coupon wasn't going to do us any good. Overall it is concerning that Air Canada doesn't seem to be maintaining their planes in optimal condition and that their idea of compensation involves them making even more money from me. Never again."

Cons: "- The new designed aircraft are meant to pack more passengers which means the aisle for rolling the trolley is very narrow - poor flight attendants were having a challenge and bumping trolley into seats (not their fault at all) - given likelihood of injuries and lawsuits, I highly recommend AIR CANADA management to do something about this narrow aisle before it is too late (i.e. major lawsuit filed by future passenger on account of injury sustained because of getting hurt by food trolley)"

Cons: "The plane was late. We had to spend night in Toronto. We have not received our luggage yet after being assured it would be on plane with us. the boarding in Rome was pure chaos. The Italian staff were totally out of control"

Cons: "The flight was horribly delayed and my plans and onwards transit was seriously affected. I missed my connecting flight from Toronto to New York and as a result, my plans to proceed to Boston was destroyed. When I spoke to the agent in Toronto, to route me to Boston, she told me that Air Canada's contract with me is to a place and not necessarily at a particular time. That was unbelievable. I arrived New York stranded, at 1:30pm, with no ability to continue to Boston. I had to spend so much money to get me to Boston. It was a horribly long day. Over 25 hours on the road, counting when I arrived Rome airport and when I finally got home."

Pros: "Flight was delayed out of italy causing us to miss our connection. Then flight next morning was delayed twice for some bogus reason, then cancelled all together. We ended up renting a car and driving four hours home. People flying to other cities on east coast were having similar problems. Actually flights back and forth to italy were ok......everything else was a nightmare."

Cons: "At the rome airport, Air Canada closed their bag drops area 1 hour and 20 mins before the flight. We missed our flight because of this. No one in that airport works for Air Canada, I had to call customer service in the US and wait 35 mins before somebody pick up the phone. Air canada hire a local italian company at the airport to do the check in, but they do not care and close the counter way earlier. We were 7 people in the same situation."

Pros: "In flight entertainment was great - good selection of movies and TV shows. Attendants worked hard. Food suprisingly good. Very reasonable fare - drove to Toronto from Cincinnati to save $1000 per person vs. flying out of Cincinnati and $700 per person out of Atlanta."

Pros: "Our family of four took this nine and a half hour flight on a day when it was important we stay awake. The inflight entertainment helped. My husband watched three movies, my kids and I played games (often together), and we used the accurate flight tracker to monitor our status. The food wasn't bad at all. Lunch was either chicken or pasta (which my son and I enjoyed) and we had wraps for snack (chicken or veg, which were very good). The beverage service was good and they came around a couple of extra times with water. The flight staff were friendly and helpful. My son is special needs and they were very accommodating."
Cons: "Boarding this flight was a zoo. Instead of orderly calling zones as usual, it was an every-man-for-himself atmosphere. And then boarding was actually onto a bus which carried us out to the plane. Boarding was in front and back of the plane, but deplaning was only at the front of the plane, which took forever and we had a connecting flight. Word of advice: don't try to connect with less than two hours if you're heading to the US. We had at least four checkpoints to go through. (But that clearly wasn't on Air Canada and they, in fact, had someone at Customs watching out for us.)"

Pros: "Flight crew was friendly and helpful. Montreal is a very manageable airport. Staff there was also courteous and efficient. Food was very good for airline fare. Renting an IPad for $10 to watch movies in-flight was a reasonable option for distraction on a 9 hour flight. We were quite pleased with Air Canada and will not hesitate to book with them again."

Cons: "The baggage checkin was awful. The boarding check in was awful. The security check in was awful. The customs check in was awful. Understaffed and inefficient. The baggage conveyor backed up. The same staff that checked in our baggage was the same person who then ran upstairs to check us in at gate and it was all hand done and not computer scanned. No check in kiosks to make ticket checkin faster. Lines were all backed up and I barely made flight and my connection. Many either missed flights it connection or plane was held up to get people to flights. The lady at customs check in was good trying to handle the back ups but the shrine was severely backed up and understaffed. The pilots made good time and handle the turbulence well. Staff on board did well with timing of food and drinks Entertainment on board was awful. Didn't find out until on board on 8 hour international flight that needed an iPad with downloaded app for entertainment and therefore I had three kids that had nothing to do. Never did I have such an issue with an international flight that was so poorly managed. So disappointed."

Cons: "The crew was unfriendly and pretty much not seen on the flight except for meal service and prior to landing. Drinks were only offered with meal service. The flight was 8+ hours and I was only given a beverage 3 times. Additionally questions were answered almost condescendingly. Perhaps the problem is that our flight from Pittsburgh to Rome was on Canadian Air and they set the bar high in terms of comfort and service."

Airline few us into an airport that was the center of a political protest which was known at the time of takeoff. We should have been warned as it required 4 hours to leave the Barcelona airport, walking away from it 3 miles in the rain."

Vegan is the only option, sadly it is usually some sort of Asian food and I am not Asian, have a gag reflex when I smell Indian food. This was not Air India flight, but smelled like one!!! Will avoid flying with United. Somehow, although I booked on purpose with Brussels Air, without my consent (!!!) I was sold tickets for United operated flight. Please, don't tell me that customers are your #1 priority, because they are NOT!"

Cons: "It was delayed about 2 hours. The boarding process was a bit chaotic- partly because of the layout of the airport. The waiting area was small so it got congested quickly when 3 flights were boarding at the same time. Even though United checked us in by group number, we had to board a bus to get to the plane. So, the group number system wasn't really enforced when we actually got on the plane -- more like first come, first served at that point. First class and business class did get to go ahead on a different bus. We also had to climb stairs from the tarmac - could be an issue for the disabled."
