Flight was not full.
Luggage was very late and arrived at the wrong carousel.
NOTHING !! I lost my flight because in the email I received you all put the wrong airline on it and nobody took responsability for it . I ended up paying $311.00 to get the next flight back to Austin .
In the email it was stated that my first flight was with British Airways, so i wasted time making the wrong line . Only to get to the counter and waste more tome trying to find me in the system to then tell me my flight is with American Airline . I double check my email where it clearly shows: 1st flight-British Airway and 2nd flight-American Airline . This is not acceptable, nobody wants to take responsability for sending me the wrong information in the email. Had I know both of my flights were with American Airline I wouldn’t lost my plane because I would make the right line to begin with .
I didn’t make this flight.
We were unfortunately stuck on the tarmac for 45 minutes. I ran to my connecting gate but they had already closed it. There wasn’t a service rep at the gate. I walked to another gate and there was a very helpful rep who rebooked me to a nearby city. It overall was disappointing and caused me to get home about 3 1/2 hours later.
I lost money, I came back a day later wish it wasn’t plan and is NOT ok .
Everything was good
One Stu artist who was a older women she was very grumpy, there was little to no turbulence the whole flight and if you got up to go to the washroom and we’re waiting and seatbelt light came on she would make u sit down immediately even if it wasn’t that rough, she made a girl wait for the washroom for 45. Minutes was kinda pathetic, when she was on her shift break not one person had a issue with any of the other flight attendants only her
I think the air quality on the flight from Toronto to Seoul was bad. I felt really neaseous for most of that flight and thought I would be sick on the landing. the illness went away completely once I landed and I didn’t experience it on the Asiana flight from Seoul to Phuket
The AC in-flight staff are always very nice. It was a pleasant flight
There is nothing to like about Air Canada anymore.. unless you happen to like the abuse and indifferent service. Employees seem disengaged.
AC used to be mindful or customers with connections. This is the reason I booked all segments with air canada. Found out the hard way it is no longer the case. Lesson learned. Missed connection and ended up on stand by for the next flight ( no more protected seats folks). Was not even refunded the money paid for seat assignment on the missed connection.
Our flight from Toronto to Houston was cancelled. The staff at the arrival counter was very slow and rude. We wanted to leave by the United flight which was leaving in an hour or so but the supervisor was not willing to do anything. We ordered Asian vegetarian food and it was horrible. Never again Air Canada.
Late — this was delayed 5 times, meaning I was unable to get to a morning meeting. No explanation was given. No advance warning given. Delays on the way to Phoenix as well. Terrible airline.

Crew was polite at the gate and on board. Flight went smoothly, temp was comfortable. Love the individual screens for all.
My sons tv screen wasn't working. I pushed the attendant button to see if they could help, nobody ever came. I left in on for quite awhile too. Wi Fi was hard to log into.
Good service, more leg room than American Airlines.

I love Delta, especially their newer planes that have screens in the backs of headrests and free movies.
Leg room is never enough. I'm 6'1".

Older plane, no entertainment
Delta staff taking care of rude/beligerant guests first vedore guests patiently/kindly waiting in line ... children watched that behavior and the jerks recieved special treatment. Flight staff ripped up guests boarding pass in face. Staff allowed ys to board plane and put our bags under plane and then crew timed out before take off. Never will use Delta again.
