The folks and flights were fantastic. I unfortunately wasn’t able to order a meal that I could eat (I’m gluten free) because I got my ticket through kayak, but they tried their best to find something to help me get through the long flight and I’ll forever remember their kindness.
Seats are small, but comfortable and more space around you, so for a normal person the seats are perfect. If you are a big and fat individual, I would not think the seats are comfortable. All else was good and normal. Lots of movies to watch.
The same as I stated prior. We incurred extra costs that should be reimbursed, given we were not communicated with about schedule changes.
Experience was great overall. However, the connection time between my flights (1hr 15 mins) was too short. We had to get through security check and US immigration in that time, and I made it to the gate just as they were announcing it was about to close. Flights with such a short connection time should maybe not be offered for purchase, or an advance alert would be helpful. Other than that the in-flight experience was excellent, especially the food. We left 2 1/2 hours late. It wasn't the airlines fault but they did nothing to help the situation. Even water had a price tag. The next flight was better.
The seats needs to be comfortables, at least please add more padding to the seats.
Incredible service. Incredible entertainment. I felt like they just kept serving us something new avery hour. My wife and I both had a joyous flight.
The flight was okay however, for whatever reason they were not able to check me in for all 3 flights that I had booked through them creating a big problem when I landed in Toronto, in addition my luggage never made it to Toronto as well. So overall experience was not good
I was so grateful for the kindness of the crew. They made a long trip very pleasant. Food was delicious. Many movie options
My flight from Dublin was delayed two hours which ment that I missed my connecting flight to Phoenix. American Airlines provided a hotel room and rebooked my flight for 7:30 AM the next day. I didn't get to the room until 11 pm and I had to be at the airport the next day by 5 AM. The airlines did their best but the schedule was challenging for an 81 year old.
A more organized boarding experience and better food would have made the experience better.
why can't planes be boarded from back to front?? everything was great otherwise
We flew into Barcelona and the plane was so cramped and very uncomfortable and dirty. But we flew out of Madrid and that plane was much better. Would fly Iberia again.
For what we are willing to pay for international air travel, our experience was very good. We had no problem checking in, we had very little wait time at the AA counter in Madrid, and the staff in Madrid were very helpful. The flight crew was helpful and courteous, the plane was on the newer side, and our assigned seats were together without us needing to purchase them. The flight took off on time and arrived early. Overall, it was a pleasant experience or as much as could be expected in economy for almost 10 hours.
Boarding was easy, the flight left on time and even landed 20 minutes early. The food was plentiful and really good! The crew was kind & helpful. Overall it was an exceptional experience!

Horrible almost missed my flight because my 1st flight was delayed. Airline crew is so unprofessional. The people on the plane do whatever they want kids running screaming. Will never fly this airline again Suitcases never arrived
