When I came to Mexico, the flying from Minneapolis - Houston was good Delta keep everyone social distance. The flight from Houston to Mexico City was AeroMexico was completely full NO SOCIALY DISTANCE TERRIBLE EXAMPLE !

Cons: I didn’t take the flight. Due to a change in my post-flight quarantine lodging arrangements in Salt Lake City, I needed to change the date of my flight. Delta directed me to Aeromexico to make any changes. Aeromexico refused to allow any changes. So I was forced to not take the flight and buy a new ticket for a later date.

Pros: Since I am a Silver Medallion Skymiles member, I asked about an upgrade. All seats in First Class were taken, but the agent at the gate seated me in a seat in the front of coach with more legroom (comfort plus? I don't know what they call it). That was great!

I felt discriminated against, and did not appreciate having to take risk and time to have to wait and pick up my carry-on at a baggage claim in both round trip flights.

Cons: The plane had a technical problem with the entertainment system. We were told they would reset and restore in 25 min. The system was never restored but we were not informed until we arrived in London. Technical problems are understandable but better communication with passengers should be a priority.

Cons: When you have a family emergency the last thing you ever want to hear is that you are "completely full and you will need to wait until the next available flight". This ticket was purchased last minute due to an unexpected death in the family so it was the only option we had to get my uncle to LA asap in order to be with the family during such tragedy. We even bought the insurance on the flight to assure nothing went wrong but yet he was still left behind hours to wait for another flight and see IF THAT ONE had room. How is this even possible? Why would you even let us book if there was no room and why was he the one to be asked to stay behind? Is it because it was booked though you? because it was a third party booking and not direct? If so then it's not even worth the few dollars we saved if it means the flight will be unreliable and the insurance means absolutely nothing through you guys. Ultimately, truly disappointing and I know that we can not depend on booking this way again if in your policy it states this ist ok to do and not even compensate one bit for making your travelers go though this.

Pros: Perfect timing, pilots throttled up to catch up on a delayed departure, absolutely bang on. Cabin crew were great. Comfortable seats with recline.
Cons: Inside could do with a clean, but it was an older 737 workhorse, typical wear & tear. I paid more than expected but I did get a good reliable service.

Cons: I actually arrived early, which turned out to be a mistake, because Aeromexico moved the gate to the farthest possible new gate location while I was away getting a sandwich, which was itself delayed. When I noticed the change, I ran to the new gate and waited 10 minutes while they talked to the boarding people, who wouldn't let me on. After several hours of bag retrieval, having to buy a new full price ticket, having my cards declined due to the price and circumstances, having to go through 2+ wrong directions for each step of the process, determining that maybe one employee in five could speak even minimal English in an international airport, I finally got on a Delta flight. In sum, won't be flying on Aeromexico in future.

Cons: Flew from Mexico City to Chicago, the fight itself was fine, the problem was that my luggage was emptied! Everything I had was taken out of my luggage, this had to happen during check in the Mexico airport. I have tried contacting Aeromexico by phone multiple times and no one has been able to help, I finally spoke with a representative who advised to email and to wait 72 hrs, have done this twice with no response. This is going on two weeks now and have not been able to resolve my issue!

Cons: A flight attendant put me on the spot, holding up a line of people on the plane, asking me to switch from a window seat to a middle to accommodate other passengers only to find out the reason being that the other passengers took up more than his/her one seat. I was elbowed the entire flights, couldn't even put the arm rest down , and had to rest my elbows on my hips to eat or drink anything. I understand it is not up to the crew to manager passenger behavior but the only reason I was put in that situation was due to the airline staff. I was extremely uncomfortable and after traveling for over 20 hours I was livid with how I was treated just because I am a small caucasian female.

Cons: There were two runways in Mexico City and one was under maintenance so it took a long time from the moment we landed to the time we were able to get out of the plane. Then, they took our check-in luggage from the plane and it went through an inspection (bag by bag), so this caused another hour delay. After that they gave us our check-in luggage for us to take it to another location (to another floor) within the airport to be checked-in again. They wanted to charge us $20.00 additional per check-in bag even though they were half of the weight limit. After we complained, they dropped this charge. Due to all the delays we lost our connection and we had to book another flight. Not a good experience. We will never make a stop in Mexico in the future.

Cons: I was flying to MEX from LAX and i had to get through customs which took a long time, but got to the Aeromexico ticket counter to get my boarding pass and they told me that they start boarding 45min before departure time and I got tot he counter at with 35 min to departure and they told me that I missed my flight and had to buy another flight which was two hours later. I don't understand why they couldn't let me through or hold for me. It ruin my ground transportation reservation which I had to reschedule. The whole thing was frustrating and cost me more money that what i thought i was saving.

And long wait(more than an hour for each flight) at the boarding queue.Even the business class seats were very dirty. No vegetarian food. The TV remote did not work. And there were only 4 movies in the entertainment section and nothing else. No TV series or any other videos. The crew was courteous. That was the only good thing about the flight. Highly disappointed.

Aeromexico told me there was no way they could get me home that day and that they would pay for my hotel, food etc. i cried my eyes out and begged to get me back to America. Somehow after about 30 minutes of back and forth, Austin Lopez with Aeromexico saved the day!! He got me several connecting flights back to Oregon and I was home the next morning very early. He was very sweet and caring. I wish I could tell his boss how amazing he was! Thank you again Austin!

Pros: The flight was good. It crashed zero times. I was pleased not to check my carry-on bags. The in-flight meal and movie selection were both really great.
Cons: The servers were a bit rude--they spilled juice on me--but, to be fair, I was failing to speak spanish, which is also very rude. The only tough thing about this flight was that we changed gates about 4 times, then got switched to a very distant gate at the ass-end of the terminal (literally, the lights were flickering. It was eerie.) THEN we had to take a bus out onto the tarmack to get onto the plane. But that's a small inconvenience considering we travelled from Mexico City to JFK in like 5 hours.

Cons: By unnafortunadly circunstances my family and i lost the first flight from guatemala to mexico city, and the atention service agent didn´t care about our situation so he gives us just one option and it was pay for next fly to mexico, we told him that it wasn´t correct because we had been tried so hard to get the fligth, the fact was that where no more option and we paid for the next fligth. The people working for aeromexico should be more prepared to attend the costumer, i think they would be help us instead of force us to pay as the last chance that we had. Cons: The English on board was rushed and I could hardly understand what they were saying. I tried to call TWICE to make sure that I could change dietary preferences because I have food allergies and I was told both times that I was unable to. This is not fair for the price paid for flights. I am very unhappy with the fact that there was food served onboard and that, when I tried to tell the airline what I could and could not eat, that they did not change my preferences or even give me the option.

Pros: The manager was really nice, and the customer service desk people were every nice too. I was compensated for being kicked off the flight, and they helped me re-book a direct flight to get home. The resolution was fine.
Cons: Was kicked off my flight for some reason. It was not explained to me very well, but I gathered it was from another plane earlier in the day that was cancelled. I don't know how I was selected to be kicked off. The poor communication was very annoying. I stood at the counter for 45 minutes after the airline personnel took my STB ticket, and didn't tell me what was going on. Would have been a LOT more pleasant of they just told me the flight was full, and my name would be called if I was on the flight. Then I could at least sit down, instead of standing there for 45 minutes.

Cons: Basically I had 4h of connection in Mexico City and even so Aeromexico made me miss the flight to extort money. After arriving in Mexico City Took 1.5 hours to get the bags. Then another 0.5 h for re-inspection. After 2h they still had not set the boarding gate so I went to the international boarding area. As I was close the gates 30 min before boarding I decided to look for my gate and to my surprise they changed to the national boarding on the opposite side where it should be. I arrived at the gate 15 min before the scheduled departure time and the plane had already taken off without announcing my name! From that moment Aeromexico totally abandoned me! Basically the only solution they offered me was to buy a new ticket for Houston for $ 1,400.00 because there was no place on any flight! I missed my work day, my US phone did not work in Mexico City and I thought I had to sleep at the airport! Thank goodness the airport's consumer protection staff helped me a lot. They somehow managed an Aeromexico flight on the same day with no additional cost. The flight I got there were 4 empty seats and they were trying to charge me $1,400. Shame on you Aeromexico.

Cons: I had purchased a ticket to fly from Puerto Escondido to Mexico City on Thursday, November 24. When I arrived at the airport, I came to an airport that was "shutdown". According to a few people I spoke to, it was because of a protest. I was not emailed or notified that I was wasting my time and money trying getting to an airport that wasn't flying out any planes that day. I was very distraught and disappointed because I am a foreigner and there was no representative front the airport or airline that this was happening and what's are the next steps I should take to get on the next plane back to United States. I spent hours and hours calling Aeromar about rebooking my flight for tomorrow so I can get out of this city. It was a nightmare on the phone because it was like the employees were trained not to help. I was told it wasn't their fault, and I need to call aero Mexico to get this straightened out. Not one employee from the many I spoke to consistently throughout the day tried to rebook my flight. They wanted me to pay for another flight which is absolutely ridiculous. I missed my flight because of some protest, something not in my control, and i kept being told too bad. I did not get offfere one solution by your staff. I was left to figure what I was going to do by myself. I didn't leave Puerto Escondido until 24 hours after I was suppose to and it was not by the help of your staff. Because of this, I will highly consider not buying tickets from this airline of their is any other option because it was an awful experience. One of He aero Mexico employees told me to stop acting childish because I was upset about missing my flight for reasons i didn't control. The customer service for aero Mexico was worse then aeromar. They kept blaming aero mar and kept saying they need to figure everything out, yet these two airline work together. Aero Mexico is the one that helps get the flight to other smaller cities. All around I had a miserable day and not one person I called from aero Mexico, like aero mar helped me or offered a solution.

I saw no sanitizing on any of the three flights I had to take to get to Detroit. of the four airports only the one in Guadalajara asked any health questions and could be seen sanitizing the waiting room and eliminating seats to keep spacing.

Flew with a 1st class upgrade to DFW and upon missing the connection to DSM (imputable to AA) I would have expected AA to have me await my later conection (3 hrs AA 2488) in the Admiral’s club especially after having paid for the upgrade. Instead, the bozo at the Admiral’s Club entrance in Terminal A A23 indicated that only Mexico City passengers were allowed into the Club even if as a GDL passenger I had a 1st class boarding pass. Poor and misguided management of the moment of truth on behalf of your employee with a 1 Million Miler customer. My experience recently with Delta and United has been with more open minded, customer centric and better trained airline staff. Disappointing and hope someone will read this and let me know that my note was heard. What is next?

Cons: I DO NOT like JFK airport. The signage is poor and it's difficult to figure out where you need to go. There aren't enough monitors and people in the airport are rude (including staff)

Cons: I was trying to check two bags, and I get three free bags. My one bag was my wife's bike in a case and it as 60 pounds and the other was a suitcase that was only 20. They made us take stuff out of the bike case and move it to the suitcase to get it below 50 pounds. Ridiculously nitpicky. It's the same overall weight...

Pros: Safely took off, flew, landed. They gave a biscoff instead of bland pretzels

Pros: Due to my missed connection, American booked me on the earliest flight to Dayton the next morning via United.
Cons: The United flight's aircraft was cannibalized for another flight as our plane was only slightly more than 1/2 full. Our later aircraft were cannibalized twice more, until we finally got a spare aircraft after a two hour delay.

Pros: I was automatically rebooked into the next flight.
Cons: The customer assistance rep at PHL had a terrible attitude. She was very short in her responses, and seemed annoyed at the fact I needed help, getting my new ticket indicating I had a lap infant, as it was in my reservation. Ultimately, I had to report I had an infant with me at the flight gate, even though this was my second flight with AA that day.

Pros: As usual, the staff at Ithaca airport were warm, friendly, and welcoming. It can be a shock if you're not used to it, be warned!

Cons: I liked American better than the other airlines used during my trip. Those were United n Southwest

Pros: Staff at LAX was helpful and tried helping me get to my next flight by moving me to front of plane at the end of flying.
Cons: My flight to SFO was delayed so it made me miss my next flight. I ran trying to make it to that gate with a 20 pound backpack on my back, couldn't stop coughing for the rest of the trip after that. American Airlines staff told me that I can pay $75 dollars extra to secure a seat for the next flight 6 hours away. I told them I am not paying anymore because it wasn't my fault I missed this flight. Then, they lost my suitcase so they took 30 minutes to find it. I tried boarding with the priority pass members because my new ticket they gave me was for priority and one of the American Airlines staff members kept getting in my face until I was at the back of the line because I was in boarding group 4. I just never have been treated so poorly before my any airline. I travel often so I will never take American Airlines again. The final straw was another delay at my last layover in PHL, which made me and up traveling for a total of 21 hours.

Pros: The captain of the plane did a phenomenonal job communicating with the passengers on board. He provided us information on location, altitude, and let us know when to expect turbulence which I thought was great, as many do not communicate much with the passengers. Also the plane was in good conditions and was comfortable.

Pros: Crew was nice the flight was comfortable.
Cons: We had to literally run through aireport from Terminal C to D so we wouldn't miss our connection due to a flight delay.

Cons: We waited nearly TWO hours in line to check in our unaccompanied minors.

Pros: Leg room on the regional jet actually was better than that of a larger plane.
Cons: We were summoned to the gate area with an announcement that boarding would start in 5 minutes; this turned out to be L-O-N-G before boarding began. After standing around for at least 30 minutes with no information as to what was happening, departure time was delayed several times. This was around lunch time; when I finally decided to buy lunch in the terminal, the departure time was changed again to an EARLIER time, and I had to board without food.

Cons: They could have told me more than 24 hours before my flight that they changed me to a different flight 4 hours earlier in the day!

Cons: We need to stop turbulence, it freak me out.

Pros: The original flight was cancelled. Had to spend 12 hours in airport and pay for a hotel room in Houston plus meals. No compensation from UA

Cons: The plane was late, I request wheal chair for my mother because she can't see for one eye no more and only 30% can see on her good eye and in Houston she was lost inside the aeroport because no one take care of my mother , yes lost for almost two hours, very very disappoint , I always book thru Kayak and never complaint, this time very disappointed , Glad my mother is okay

Pros: The crew were. Friendly, polite and tried to do there best in accommodating the customer. Hats off to the crew.
Cons: The seats, hard as rocks, limited comfort, leg room, width everything, entertainment was down more then running, basically the cabin was dirty and as uncomfortable as I've ever seen or been in. I was more confortable sitting on bleachers with no padding than in one of this flights seats.

Pros: The crew from gate to landing was very helpful and met all my required needs. I didn't have to worry if my questions would be answered or if there was space for my luggage as they attended to all the things I could have wondered about.
Cons: Newer planes are more compact than I would like, and the aisles are very narrow. When the carts move up and down the aisles, they have a tendency to bump people even if the flight attendants are being extremely careful.

Cons: I'm not a pilot but I've flown enough to know what turbulence is. I was one of the first to board and asked the flight attendant if there was food for purchase or any type of snack as my blood sugar was so low. I was also in pain and needed to take my medication. It was a 40+ minute flight however when one is handicapped you are at the mercy of the person taking you to the gate it's not like you can stop and look for a place to eat. It wasn't until we were almost at the destination we received a plastic cup and offered a sip of water. I sat right in front of the flight attendant and she could see my discomfort yet didn't offer a bag of peanuts or a drink

Pros: COS airport security was friendly, cooperative, helpful. With first flight since knee replacement I was worried about getting through security. TSA personnel were very patient.
Cons: Seating was tight. Not sure how anyone could watch movies because the screen is so close to face.

Pros: The flight attendants were polite and welcoming and the flight was on schedule.
Cons: It was complicated to get the movies. You had to download the United app.

Cons: Delayed flight which didn't bother me as was due to maintenance. Couldn't hear the gate agent over the microphone. Updates of delay could have been more that just the initial announcement. Snack bag had 8pieces in it.

Pros: For the basic economy seat there was plenty of room and the staff was excellent. Honestly the best domestic flight I've taken in a long time.

Pros: The gate attendant was fantastic , very professional and kept us informed through two gate changes
Cons: I prefer having the entertainment system provided I was unable to access the wifi

Pros: Some of the people I dealt with were nice. All of the flight attendants and pilots were nice.
Cons: United only had one person working to check people in, and due to a lady with 8+ bags that the only agent had to take 20+ minutes with (while the line stacked up behind us), we ended up missing the first leg of our flight. Told us our bags would be checked all the way through, and they weren't. Checked bag got lost on the way back (again, due to misinformation from United on whether our bag would be checked all the way through), and when we got them back they had obviously been rooted through, with no note left by TSA. I fly often, and this was one of the worst flying experiences of my life.

Pros: The extreme help of the boarding agent trying to ensure that, even though we we're leaving Great Falls late, I was able to get to my connecting flight
Cons: It seemed that the flight from Denver to Great Falls and the return flight to Denver was very late both times. Once due to mechanical issues and not sure of the reason from Great Falls back to Denver

Pros: Quick boarding & on time. 70mph tail winds pushing us from Chicago to Dayton in 40 minutes! What's not to like. A 10:20 am flight 60% full.

Cons: Maintenance delays on both legs more than 2 hours of delays put a huge damper on spending time with family. And I have never met a more rude gate attendent. Made me feel like I was not a person. Extremely disrespectful.

Pros: Loved that the crew was attentive.
Cons: I wanted to charge my device, no outlets available. No TV screen available for movies, just makes the time go by faster when I'm distracted.

Cons: Major delays at Chicago O Hare, little to no communication. Passengers were not told what was going on, or the reasoning for our plane being so late. 3 hour delay boarding, and also sat on runway for another 1.5 hours before takeoff. Once landed in Dayton, could not pull up to a gate for another 45 minutes. So much wasted time. I purposely picked an early flight so I could have more time with my family. Had to cancel my family dinner plans that night due to an extra 5 hours wasted.

Cons: How they handle my bags.....!

Cons: They delayed the flight because they had no flight attendant. They delayed it every 15 minutes from 450 to 715 and then just stopped updating us at all. We all waited with no food or drink or any news. At 815 they cancelled it and sent the whole plane to customer service to wait in line. Most of us had to stay in Wash and leave the next day. They offered us nothing except to rebook the flight. The boarding crew was laughing and joking the whole time with zero regard for our discomfort or ruining connecting flights! Never again.

Cons: There was one flight attendant who was quite rude to us. The seats are very close together.
