Cons: "We booked basic seats knowing we might not sit together however we did not know they would separate children. They put my husband and I in an exit row and my daughter at the back of the plane with strangers. I was not comfortable with strangers being responsible for my child. I assumed they would seat children with at least one parent. We did ask to move at the gate and the accommodated us with the last row on the plane. No recline, no window, and right next to the bathrooms. We took it to be with our kid but this policy needs to be revised. Kids should always be seated with the adult responsible for them... who knows what kind of person might end up next to my child. Not to mention if she had needed something is the stranger gonna take care of it? It’s just a bad practice imo."

Cons: "Couldn’t get a boarding pass for the last leg of my trip (AZO>DTW>ATL>CSG) when I checked in online, couldn’t get it at the Delta counter in AZO, nor in DTW. The staff at the Delta counter in ATL resolved it in less than ten seconds."

Cons: "Although I have priority status -The ground crew in Amsterdam gave me hard time with 7 extra Pounds, and I was trying to take it out of the suitcase to no avail. Eventually the agent I was checking in with got busy, I went to a new agent, and with a flick of a keyboard he approved the extra rate based on my status, without even have my to request it."

Cons: "A few flurries out of Philadelphia and flight is delayed 2.5 hrs, we therefore miss our connection and all they wanted us to do was spend 2 days in airport until next flight. Finally reached a compassionate soul at customer service who got creative and routed us to BCN via ATL, Miami and Madrid."

Pros: "I told the crew I had a short connection time at a far terminal and I was worried because my seat was in the rear of the aircraft and they were able to move me up closer to the front to ensure I got off the aircraft quickly to make my next flight. That was amazing."

Cons: "Way too many useless announcements by the copilot and the lead flight attendant. Keep it short. Don't get back on once you put the mic back. And how about announcing th baggage claim carousel if your going to interrupt as much as you did."

Cons: "The flight was bought through Virgin Australia and without much notice, the flight was switched to Delta. The seats were amply smaller, amentities were not good (blankets and pillows). Food was terrible and was not as promised when the purchase was made through Virgin. Seats were so bad that my back and butt hurt after a couple hours. I would rather pay a couple hundred dollars more to have a quality flight experience."
