Cons: old, worn out plane, outdated. Very tight connection in LHR, I made it but my luggage didn't.

Cons: Seats recline too far so there was NO space. Flight left an hour late for unknown reason. Double charged for bags on return flight. Lost my carry on after forcing me to check it (still awaiting its return). Charged me to fix an error they made on original booking. I'll never fly with Iberia ever again.

Cons: Crew wouldn't let me board because a ticket from Spain to France was not sufficient evidence I would leave Europe. So I bought one from Italy to Singapore and they didn't accept that either. I lost over 1,000 dollars.

Pros: Great aisle seat on a modern plane.I was in the middle seat on an older plane for the trip there (close to 8 hours), and it wasn’t as comfortable. The trip from Reykjavík to Seattle was great: comfortable seat and more room, though they were both in the same fare class.

Cons: Have a bigger airport in Reykjavik. Being bussed between connections is not efficient or comfortable and leaves little time in the layover portion of the journey.

Cons: I was disappointed to use 40,000 points for each of three one-way award tickets, for a total of 120,000 points, only to have two of the chosen seats changed without any notification before hand. One aisle seat was switched to a window seat.

Cons: The flight attendants were noisy, walking back and forth, so it was hard to rest, more like stomping. Was not pleased with flight attendant who served me, was kinda cocky and not friendly, which spoiled the customer service experience. Not enough leg room, cramped. Wish they had decaf tea. Other than that we arrived safely, so I'm very appreciative.

Pros: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

Pros: The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use....

Cons: Well, my flight was delayed for an hour and a half and it seemed like the airlines mistake, not weather. It's going to make me over 2 his late to a concert, which is the main reason I came here. So hopefully they let me in, or I just spent $300 for nothing.
