Pros: Everything! From check-in all the way to the landing of the plane I was really satisfied! There were a couple crew members that really made the flight feel so at-home/friendly that one could not help but just smile and relax in the flight. Awesome job crew on Flight VA69!
Cons: I wish my partner and his family were with my parents and I on the flight to enjoy the experience we had as well.
Pros: My flight was canceled and Virgin Atlantic gave us a free room in the hotel Ramada. My next flight was at 18:55 and I asked Virgin Atlantic agent am I allowed to stay in the room until time for my flight comes, he confirmed yes and gave me breakfast, lunch, and dinner voucher. However, next day around 12 I got call from Front Desk that I have to leave my room right away because it's time to chack out and If I want to stay longer I have to pay. I called Virgin Atlantic agancy again and the agent run my information and said to me I can stayin the room longer. After that I called front desk to confirm that but they said they didn't hear anything from Virgin Atlantic and I have to leave the room by 1pm. All of this was really unpleasant!
Cons: I didn't like anything. I didn't like the communication between Virgin Atlantic with travelers, communication between Virgin Atlantic and hotel Ramada. Everything was really poorly.
Pros: As usual, punctual flight with friendly crew.
Cons: Pity the wifi in international flights isn't complementary (or at least a basic connection like on domestic flights).
Cons: We were bussed to the plane, there were long dark hairs on my pillow, and they are generous with snacks at close intervals, but the food could be much better. The ideas are cute, but the actual food is pretty basic, which is disappointing for Virgin, who I hold in high regard. Or did.
Pros: Boarding process was very efficient and crew was very pleasant and helpful. Seats were reasonable for economy.

Pros: They DID NOT let me aboard the airline!!! Austerian airline is the worst EVER, because they are not even helping me to get a credit to fly Monday to Israel. The of ticket counter at ORD were treating me as a dirt. And unwelcome. I was trying to reason with them, they did NOT want to help.
Cons: It would have been better if back to back with priceline helped me out to get to another flight & they won’t even credit my ticket, so I LOST about $1200 & was excited for my vacation. They were unhelpful & they kept putting me untold & hanging up on me with their ticket agency on phone too.
Cons: Flight hopelessly delayed leaving Sarajevo. No effort by staff to connect us or hold flights. Missed connection by 15 min. Would not recommend Austrian Airlines. Delays in all parts of this trip - both coming and going
Pros: The crew was not very unhelpful & hardly accommodating, not helpful at all. I have never met such a cold hearted airline crew, so unthankful & not trying to help customer. They kept rolling their eyes & speaking like I was a dirt. I will NEVER fly this airline & I will make sure everyone knows.
Cons: Came early to counter & my passport expires August 9th, so they refuse to help me & did not let me go on board even though I had approval from Jordanian country to fly there. Austerian ticket crew & supervisor did not want even to check the pass through to board with permission. The WORSE airline!!!

Cons: When I got to London British airways refused to board the plane that was originally scheduled to leave for Warsaw because there were not enough passengers. That happened twice. I was at the airport for over 12hrs and the airline didn't offer an explanation at all or even a food voucher. It was tortourous

Cons: It took us two hours to go through customs. Th luggage people had no idea where our luggage was. As a result it cost us an extra 30 lbs because our cad drive had to wait an extra 2 hrs.
Pros: Nothing to like about it. We were flying into JFK on Delta and our flight was delayed because of a navigational issue which in turn meant that we were going to miss our British Airways connection. When we attempted to contact kayak to see about moving us to another flight nobody bothered to help us we lost our entire round-trip flight on British Airways and we lost $1,000.
Cons: The fact that nobody is willing to take ownership of trying to help a passenger when they are need in a situation that they had no control over. Also please see above for additional what I didn't like
Pros: The re-routed , 5 hr late, flight (to Gatwick) was comfortable but we were left to track down BA reps to get a hotel voucher at 01:30 with the airport shut down.

Pros: We made it home safely and on time.
Cons: We were sat in the very last seats near bathroom which was noisy and uncomfortable. I actually paid an extra charge so we could be sat together. In flight entertainment didn’t work in my seat. One piece of our luggage was lost.
Pros: 787 is a nice plane. I also like getting miles since I accumulate most miles with United. Not much else to boast about.
Cons: The outbound plane from Newark to Frankfurt was late by 1.5 hr because United could not figure out how to bring the plane (that was sitting in the middle of the airfield to the gate and then they realized that they need get catering supplies to feed the passengers and we were waiting for that too. The inbound flight from Frankfurt to Newark was late by 1.45 hours since they were fixing a computer problem on board. The flight was totally over air-conditioned and when I asked to bring an extra blanket for me the flight attendant started lecturing me that I was wearing shorts and a polo shirt (in the 86F heat at FRA and EWR it was ok!) and that she had no blankets. The second flight attendant who for some reason came 2 miins after the first one apologized for the attitude of his female colleague and immediately brought me an extra blanket.

Cons: There was bad weather which understandably caused delays, however the communication during this eventual 16 hour delay was horrendous. We were told for the first two hours that we would be delayed each hour and then they would make a decision to delay another hour. This went on for 4 hours (the last two hours of which we did not receive any updates). The flight was originally scheduled to leave at 8:10. At 12:30am we were told our plane was at the gate and being prepared for us to board and the agent giving announcements said we were "guaranteed to leave TONIGHT". At 1am we were told that unfortunately the plane got to the gate just a bit too late and not the crew are not legally allowed to fly and the flight would be pushed back until 8am. At the time, I thought 7 hours was strange and I'd assume the crew would need more like 8-10 hours to rest. Unfortunately because we were told so late, all hotels were booked up. I live in NYC and would've gone home for the night however because we needed to be back by 6am (what the agent suggested), there seemed no point in leaving. We were not provided with any pillows or blankets until 4 in the morning. At 6am the next morning, we were told the crew needed "more rest time" and that our new departure time would be 9:30. How is it that the crew now needs more time? Shouldn't that have been figured out at 1am? Before we board, one of the agents thinks they will "lighten the mood" with the following comment - "Who would've thought a little bad weather would've caused this?" Absolutely not a time for jokes and people were very angry. We finally board for what we think is finally a 9:30am take off. No - now two new issues - 1, the co pilot is late (LATE? how can you be late when a flight has been delayed 16 hours) and 2, they needed to remove package from the plane for people who were no longer taking this flight. In the end, we took off around 11:30am which messed up a lot of peoples connecting flights, pick ups at the airport, etc. I will never fly this airline again.

Pros: The crew was kind and the flight ok. They wanted to charge me 120.00 USD for my one bag checked ONE WAY. 240.00 USD round trip for one checked bag!!!!! On their website it clearly states one free checked bag for ALL FLIGHTS xcept “discount” fares. No way to prove I purchased “basic”

Pros: Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements.
Cons: Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking.
Cons: This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities.

Pros: British Airway's service is cordial and comfortable, which goes a long way to making the entire trip the same. Obviously they have no or little control over potholes in the air and wind turbulence.
Cons: The flight was scheduled to arrive 2 hours before our connecting BA flight departed Heathrow. Unfortunately because of loading delays on our original flight, we arrived in Heathrow 40 minutes late. The crew said that 60 minutes is the designated minimum but we used all of the 80 minutes plus, and it airport was NOT crowded. If BA is connecting to BA, then you have a responsibility ahead of time to address this problem and keep connecting passengers from getting overly distressed in a strange airport.

Pros: Boarding was smooth, the attendants attendant, the food surprisingly good, and the entertainment outstanding. An entire library of in-flight movies, a display of where your flight is in the world, a few in-lfight games and even an in-flight chatroom.
Cons: A few times, I feel like the attendants either didn't notice me.

Cons: On the choice of audio entertainment, it uses Stingray which, just like radio broadcast for each category with no choice of album for personal preference, kind of disappointed. I like the previous menu with album choices.

The pilots did an excellent job of keeping us updated, kept things as smooth as possible with the bad weather and we had plenty of movies and games to choose
Cons: I was charged an extra $100 because my bag was 10lbs overweight. Where is this crazy fee communicated on their website? And why does it have to be so much? I didn't have a way to weigh our bag before we left. I had no idea it was so heavy - ridiculous price.
